    New windows & doors

    Our house is 25 years old and was in need of new windows and doors. We chose Eco Choice because they offered European style "tilt & turn" doors which my wife wanted. All-in-all we replaced 24 windows, 2 patio doors and 2 exteriors doors including the front door. Ilan provided us with the quote which was fair and reasonable. Mike & Arthur did the installation work which was very professional but took a bit longer that estimated due to problems associated with COVID. We are extemely happy and would recommend Eco Choice if you are looking to get your windows and doors replaced.

    New exterior doors - the best!!

    New exterior sliding doors installed. New exterior bedroom door with built in blinds installed. We did endless research on product quality and as such chose Eco Choice. The products are the best. The installation team was incredibly meticulous and the quality of workmanship is absolutely amazing. We are so pleased.

    Great Service

    When I first called for a quote, the salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was upfront about the timelines and kept in contact periodically with updates. When I did call the office everyone was extremely helpful.

    New Doors - California Dreaming

    I’ve always dreamed of having California style doors. My house is traditional looking so I was a little worried about this. The final product turned out amazing. Top quality. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The doorhandle was not the one we wanted but Ilan And team ordered a new one with no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Every morning when I come down my stairs this is what I get to see. So wonderful!

    New Windows and Doors

    New windows installation

    Eco Choice did a fantastic job installing 12 new windows on my older Toronto home. When Joe came by to discuss the project he clearly explained the window options, how they would be installed, time frame, etc. He set reasonable expectations and the team can through. Alex and his crew installed the windows over two days as promised and the final result looks really great. They also cleaned up better that most contractors I've hired. I would highly recommend Eco Choice to any of my family or friends looking to replace their windows.

    Windows + doors

    We needed to replace our windows and doors and they provided us with options that may suit our needs. They took their time to get the work done. We appreciated their work ethic. They cleaned well at the end and we were satisfied.

    3 windows

    We had a lot of back and forth with the production and installation process. It was almost 6 weeks later than the initial 10 week timeline but it got done neatly and efficiently.

    Poor customer service and bad work

    Boy was I wrong about this company. The second time we used this company they were extremely unprofessional. They refused to provide a receipt that showed we paid for work that they did not do on the first visit and then they left the job uncompleted for over a year. It took months of calls, emails and finally a better business bureau report to get them to come back and finish the window/repair the damage they did to the shingles during installation.. It took 3 attempts of them coming back to fix the issues and their sales person had the audacity to tell me I didn't know what bad work was and to stop bothering him. If you want quality work and respect this is not the company to use. Editing for clarification: this was the right company since the company responded that I had the wrong one.... The services were done in my husband's name, but he does not have a homestar account so the review is under my name.

    New doors

    We needed new exterior doors and contacted several companies to get quotes. Of all the companies we contacted EcoChoice was the best. Their sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with his quotes, they had a large range of choices, and their prices were reasonable. The installation went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the end result!!
