Two new casement and side-slider windows were installed in December 2013 on my raised ranch home. 1. New windows frames were two wide for opening when old windows were removed. Wood framing had to be cut away to allow window to be installed. New windows were jammed in with no shims and very little insulation around. It took 9 hours to install the windows. 2. Ice built up inside casement windows glass during winter - window glass had been installed in reverse position in factory. Reported to ECO and it was fixed. 3. Both casement windows leaked water inside house. ECO came back to silicone seal the outside seal on fixed panel. 4. Inside soffit above basement side slider became damp and extremely cold in winter. ECO returned to reinstall insulation that had not been replaced when window was installed. 5. ECO response to the problems was extremely slow - more than six weeks in all cases. I will never recommend this company.

Terry our sales rep explained the window and installation options available to us. Ilya and the installation crew took pride in their work and made sure all work was finished on time. My front bay window looks like a showpiece. Great service and installation. They did exactly what they said they would do, made sure everything was finished off properly and did this for a great price.

Met Eco Choice from the Home Show, Allan was great explaining all details needed. The installers were awesome with what they did to the replacement of my front door and the sidelights, installation were very clean and tidy (did not make a mess). Only thing are the mouldings which were installed are not painted, would be nice if they informed me ahead of time. Overall, great company and products!

The new front door was above our expectation in terms of quality and aesthetics. The installation crew were very professional and thorough and mad sure they cleaned up after completed the installation.

Two separate projects year apart. Last year front door replacement. This company gave me the best price and the work was done on time as quoted. This year, I had 3 windows replaced. Same story. I would highly recommend the company. Update March 2016: Another 2 windows replaced by this company. Another stellar job.

Gabe is a really good guy. I can be a difficult customer but it's because I really care about the things I do and I appreciate good service /products. Gabe's team was very good. Clean installation, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to deal with. I wish Gabe continued success and hope to see him again on another project of mine.

Alexander and his assistant did an amazing job, with clean up of removing a window that was badly stuck in its frame and installing a beautiful, much-improved window.
