We are very happy with Eco Choice Windows & Doors, the job was done promptly and properly. The installer (Alex) was very knowledgeable and made sure that the area where windows were installed was cleaned up nicely and did not leave any mess..Thank you Eco Choice!

I already wrote a review on this company but as we have had them back more than once and more work was done, I have to say that I am very, very satisfied again! We moved in to our place in 2012 and had a number of doors and windows to replace. I got a number of quotes and was very happy with the care and attention that Gabriel of Eco Choice gave us. The installation was very successful. For this reason I had them come back a second and a third time to do the other windows and doors that we needed done. We worked over a three year period, having them install things as we could afford them. Gabriel always gave us very good attention, remembered our business, appreciated our customer loyalty and followed up with us to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They are fantastic.

Our experience with Eco Choice was excellent. They are a professional and attentive company. Gabriel the sales person did an excellent job of explaining our options. He knows the products he sells well, and I felt confident he had our best interests in mind. Even though there were a couple of small mistakes made during the installation, Eco Choice corrected them right away. We bought about 8 new windows from Eco-choice and are really happy with the products and with the service.

It's redundant to repeat the same accolades and appreciation as my first post on this company. They are a shining example of how all business - in any sector - should operate: care first about the customer, the service and the quality. Their product is best for those wanting green technology too. Selfless service. From sales to the craftspeople, they care deeply about relationships with customers as they do about their workmanship. A wonderful group of people and a joy to work with.

We had a new front door and invisible screen installed last year and are completely happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Gabriel was very helpful in guiding our choice of colour and design, and was meticulous in ensuring the work was done well. Just a quick heads up for those who have are planning on getting the invisible screen - make sure you follow Gabriel's advice on regular silicone spraying of the rails to ensure it operates smoothly.

This is the second time we are using Ecochoice for our windows. We had them install 2 bedroom windows last year and we like their quality. Gabriel explained all about Tilt and Turn windows and how the process goes. The service was very good and we had no issues with these windows. So we decided to use Ecochoice again for our new addition with two rooms and a bathroom. Unfortunately, the windows were a big dissapointment for us this time. The manufacturer was changed and Gabriel did not notify us about it. So when we came home that day, we were shocked as they didnt look how we expected. Plus, the frame was scratched in many places on the inside and outside. When Gabriel came, he said that per manufacturer scratches are permitted and he also brought polisher as if these scratches could be removed with them. As the manufacturer was changed so was the way the mosquito nets. With the other windows they were pop in style, in these ones the frame was actually cut and they were pushed in those slots. So now each time we want to open the window completely we first have to make sure we have something to wipe off condensating water that is running from thise net cuts. Now going back to our conversation with Gabriel. He was talking to us as if we were not using windows properly and we should not be opening them fully, maybe once or twice a year just for cleaning. Just to clarify there is no restrictions per manufacturer how many times you can open the windows. If simply like fresh air in our house. Of course, he gave us discount as we could not remove the windows already as all the outside work had to be done around them. Unfortunately, each time i open the window i get upset when i see the scratches especially with the sun. When we talked to our mother who was there at the installation time, she said that windows arrived without protective cover and installers were dragging them on our porch roof. To add, we found out later that installers didnot use enough foam and it was holes everywhere around windows. So they only used it a little so that it looked like properly done. If we didnt discover that we would have ended up with cold walls around windows and no proper insulation. Of course they came back to redo it and their excuse was that they dont know how it had happened. The second experience with a company was a big dissapointment for us.

Last year we had garden doors installed by Eco Choice. We were extremely pleased with the sales, workmanship and product, so decided when we needed a new front door the only person to call was Gabe. Not knowing exactly what we needed and soon became overwhelmed with choices, Gabe, in the rain walked me up and down our street, pointing out different doors and sidelights. This truly is customer service at its best. We love our new front door which is constantly admired and has added value to our home.

In researching various options for patio doors that would improve the heat retention for our house, Eco Choice was the first and only supplier who honestly discussed the pros and cons of double vs. triple pane and offered an unbeatable price to boot. The installation was smooth, timely and the new patio door is just what we needed, helping us save money in the long run!

Mississauga- We replaced all our main floor windows and patio door as part of our home renovation. Gabriel gave us great advice on the products. Eco Choice Windows and Doors did a great job. Quality, Service and Price were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dealt with Gabe who was very professional, front door was installed on time as scheduled and look great. There were some issues with the wood trim and alarm wiring but Gabe addressed the issues immediately offering to have work redone and a $200 credit.
