Amazing experience front to back. The only window provider that sent a real pro to walk the house and talk to us directly to determine what we needed before quoting. Offered European tilt and turns which are hard to come by in Canada (strange because they're terrific). Windows arrived on time and on budget and were installed professionally and fastidiously by a pro team. Really pleased with the outcome.

Had 6 windows installed. Installation crew was kind, quick and clean. Prices were hard to beat. Highly recommend.

The installers were awesome and the windows are absolutely perfect. The two young gentlemen installing the windows were extremely knowledgeable and worked meticulously. They were super friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything. They cleaned every room once they were done, including the driveway as well as the backyard. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anybody. I am super happy with the quality of the windows, the installation and insulation. Love love love my new windows.

In 2014, Eco Choice replaced all the windows in my house with high-end European Tilt & Turn windows for about $22,600. I had these same kind of windows in previous houses I've owned and consider them the best. This August, (9-years later) my fixed unit Living Room window broke at the edge from thermal stress in the hot weather. Unfortunately, glass breakage of any kind wasn't covered by the original warranty. I wonder if all window companies are the same in that regard? Nonetheless, my broken window was replaced about 6 weeks after my first contact with Eco Choice. The removal of the old window and replacement only took about a half hour and the workspace was left clean. The window installer said there was likely some defect from a poorly cut glass edge during manufacture. He said even the smallest chip can lead to heat stress cracking from expansion and contraction over time, especially on larger sized windows. The use of Low-E coatings can also increase the solar absorption rate of windows. These coatings are designed to reduce heat transfer to improve energy efficiency. Unfortunately, this also leads to higher glass temperatures and increases the risk of thermal stress. Such cracking can occur at any time, even shortly after a window is installed. At least, I got 9 years out of mine. In summary, check your warranties and be aware you may take on glass breakage risk with any installation. Also, minimize shading and non-shaded areas on the glass at any one time to reduce stress.

I found the whole process from initial quote and recommendations through the installation very positive and helpful. No pressure or upselling. Installation was very good. The workers were respectful, professional and cleaned up well afterwards. Best price quoted.

Eco Choice did an amazing job on our patio and back entrance door. The sales rep Shane was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had making us feel at ease. The installers were professional and explained everything that they were going to be doing, they even took the time to place a piece of chip paint that came off with the molding (expected) back in its place. I would highly recommend Eco Choice.
