    replaced a few windows in main and basement

    Had Gabe and his team do a few windows in my house about 5 years ago. Quality service and product. Happy with the results. Windows still holding strong after 5 years and have had a friend use them from my recommendation with happy results. Rating on here says it all. Trust your money and investment to Eco Choice.

    AVERAGE QUALITY GLASS AND WINDOWS

    just average quality glass but they promise very high please read these review before proceed

    Ecochoice Windows

    I cant think of anything that went wrong, but I can think of so many things that went right. Working with Anthony from the beginning, was so valuable, learning about the windows and picking out the right ones. I mean how often do you buy windows? He was a pleasure to work with. When the installation happened today, Urii and his team were so professional. I had met Urii before when he came out to measure, and he also added his advice. The installation went smooth and very professional although it was dusty, the team was quick to clean everything up. What I liked in the end was the walk-through we did to make sure everything was to my liking. I will definitely be recommending Eco choice windows, the same way they were referred to me!

    Windows Replacement

    I had my 20-year-old home windows replaced with tripple pane with solid glass. I did a lot of research and had at least 5 quotes from top rated companies and went ahead with Eco Choice based on other customer reviews and initial consultation with Anthony and their reasonable pricing. Anthony was very patient and informative. Everything was done in order and as per the contract. There were no delays. The installation crew lead by Yuri were very efficient and professional. The windows look amazing and the neighbours were very impressed. The noise control with tripple pane is quite distinct. The heavy condensation has stopped and the room feels cozy. I highly recommend Eco Choice for their professionalism and quality of work and products. The windows were installed in April 2022 and to date, there are no issues.

    Excellent Customer Service, Installation and Product

    After searching for a company to replace the windows and doors in my house, I found Eco Choice to be very thorough, thoughtful and fair in their pricing. Shane was an excellent point of contact and made the process as smooth as possible. He answered my questions in a thoughtful way, and I appreciated his follow-up. The install crew was tremendous. I have a 100 year old house, and so it came with unique challenges, but they were problem-solvers and worked incredibly hard to complete the job on time. My thanks to everyone at Eco Choice for a seamless process.

    Installation of a new door

    This is the first time I have used Eco Choice Windows and Doors and will definitely use them in future if I have a need for any future doors and windows. The 2 men who came to the house to install the new door including the transom were punctual and were caring in the job at hand. They were meticulous in their work from start to finish. They laid down mats on the hardwood floor to protect it during the installation. They even removed the stickers from thew transom and door as I do not have a ladder high enough to reach the ones on the transom glass. They did a great job in their clean up. They were friendly and represented Eco Choice very well. The price was very competitive in addition to a quality job well done. Thank -You

    Sliding Patio Door Installation

    I needed to change out our sliding patio door. I found Eco-choice to be professional all the way from the Sales Team to the Installation Team. Great installation and superior product. Although I needed a custom sized door / frame, Eco-choice was able to provide installation ahead of schedule before true Winter season came. I've used Eco-choice beforehand and love how they don't leave everything a mess once completed, which I can't say of other contractors. Our prior installations, which are +5 years old have never given us any issues. Hence, why I went back to Eco-choice. Thank you

    Windows and Doors Installation

    Just had Eco Choice Windows & Doors replace several windows and doors at my place. This is an excellent company to deal with. From the time we agreed to the proposal, Anthony (Sales) took full responsibility for the entire project by being the single point of contact for any and all inquiries regarding products, changes to the project, financing, scheduling, government rebates, energy audit, etc. Laura (Accounting) provided us with the different options for payment. Sayid and his team were amazing with the installation. They showed up on the agreed upon time and they started work immediately. They were very efficient with the removal and installation of windows and doors, making sure to remove only windows/doors that can be replaced the same day. They kept all work areas very clean and organized, they were very accommodating with requests to keep some old doors. They made sure that we were comfortable with the installation and operation of each item. Every person that worked on this project were professional, courteous and accommodating.
