    Buyer inspection

    Egbert arrived early. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, was forthright and honest about what he could and could not do for me. I found him to be professional and personable. A written report was provided promptly and questions answered quickly in the following days. Egbert seems to enjoy and take pride in his job. He also tells jokes and will eat pie. Highly recommend.

    Mr. Edbert is a professional with talent and skills. We are very satisfied with his service. He spent the whole morning with inspection and very in details. His passion and careful to the details are well appreciated. We randomly selected him from the phone list but we believed our choice is right. Thank you for Mr. Edbert's hard work.

    Home inspection

    Egbert clearly loves his job, and we were very satisfied with his home inspection. He spent quite a bit of time conducting a very thorough inspection, and he explained all issues clearly. He sent a very detailed report and worked late to complete it the same evening. We would recommend Diamond Home Inspection for a pre-purchase home inspection.

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    Egbert was professional, personable, very thorough and able to help us on short notice. With his help we were able to make an informed decision about the home we want to buy. His expertise was very much appreciated to help us know if things in the home were in good condition or if they were of major concern, a safety issue, needed repair, needed improvement, needed to be replaced, or needed to be monitored. He took great care to go over all areas of the home and even shared a few jokes to keep the laughter and good spirits flowing. :)

    Home Inspection

    Very satisfied with the inspection! Egbert is very easy going and knowledgeable, and took the time doing a thorough job as well as explaining all the details and addressing our concerns. The inspection report is efficiently done the same day, which is amazingly professional and informative. It really helped us understanding the condition of the house and the recommendations are definitely something we can bring back to the seller. Would for sure recommend!

    home inspection

    very pleased , great work , the inspection was very thorough indeed , we managed to make our final decision whether to buy the property or not based on the inspection report , thank you for all the detailed photos .

    Home Inspection

    Egbert at diamond home inspections was amazing and made the process seem easy and fun. He paid attention to detail, was thorough and patient with us answering all our questions. As first time home buyers it was really important to us that our home inspector was genuine and cared. Egbert went above and beyond our expectations spending three hours going over every detail of the house. I am happy to say that we can now call it our home. Thank you Egbert for making our experience an enjoyable one!

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    Egbert was fantastic! Booked an inspection with him on a very tight timeframe. He was so friendly and great at explaining his findings as he went along. I would not hesitate in recommending him to any of my friends who are looking for a home inspector.

    Very Comprehensive!

    Egbert was excellent explaining the real risks and issues on the loft we intend to buy. As newcomers to Canada, we didn't know how inspections work and Egbert was very educational. We are very glad to that we got recommendations on each fault identified as well as a suggestion if it is an urgent fix or something that we can handle later. Five stars job!
