    home inspection

    I have used this company twice now. I was dealing with a time crunch and he was able to fit me in on a weekend. I got the short report quickly and the full report came very shortly afterward, with pictures etc. He is very efficient.

    home inspection

    Egbert inspected the house in 2.5 hours. He knows what needs to be done and when it should be done. Walks with you and tells everything that he notices. He is professional and very detailed. He was quick with his report as well.

    Home Inspection

    Egbert was professional, easy to work with, reliable, and on time. Egbert provided us with an easy to read, SUPER helpful report. Very thorough and spot on. Would HIGHLY recommend him!

    home inspection

    Professional, personable and gave us quality service. Egbert knows his "stuff".. We are very satisfied with the service we received. He was happy to explain concerns, in a very clear way. We would hire him again. We have recommended him to others whom we have told our story too...

    home inspection

    Egbert just completed a home inspection on a potential rental property that I was looking at. I found his service to be very professional and the report very comprehensive. I wasn't expecting it to take 3hrs but glad he spent the time to go through it all. I also like the fact that the owner of the company does the inspections as well.I would have no problem recommending this Home Inspection service to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    Egbert was very professional and easy to deal with. He gave us a very detailed home inspection report and we would defiantly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a new home. We have had home inspections done in the past and they were not nearly as informative or detailed.

    4904 - 46th Street, Stettler, AB

    I have had several home inspections done in the past and I found Egbert Jager to be the most thorough, competent and honest of all. Egbert walked me through the entire inspection and was patient and knowledgeable. I would have no reservations about using his services again or recommending his services to others.

    Home Inspection

    Egbert was very friendly and very considerate to the fact that we were first time home buyers. Knowledgable, punctual and thorough. We had many questions and he was patient and answered all of them. We would have no hesitation recommending him to our friends and family. Thank you for the great experience Egbert.

    home inspection for basement construction

    We were very satisfied with Egbert's service recently when we had a special project with him. At begining, we were not sure he would be able to help us, as this is a partially finished basement, we had dispute with the contractor then we stopped the job with contractor, but we need to estimate and inspected the site before we move on....Egbert was very knowlegeable and professional: he arrived on the site even it was a very busy night for him, took pictures and went through everyting with my husband to try to understand situation and explained the deficiency of the work being done, and what's other work need to be done....Finally, he provided a very detailed report to our hands with pictures and explainations. We were very happy with his service, and for sure will recommend him to our friends.

    Home inspection

    Recently we hired Egbert to do home inspection for the home we were planning to purchase. We could not have been more satisfied and impressed with his inspection for the following reasons: - Gave a detailed report, with great visual representation of his findings, which helped with negotiations. - Took his time to thoroughly walk through the process of inspection and his findings. We would highly recommend Egbert (Diamond Home Inspection) to anyone seeking a Home Inspector.
