    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    Recently my spouse and I were in the process of buying our first home and required a home inspector to help re-assure us of our purchase and the quality/ condition of the home. After reading an assortment of reviews on-line, we came across and ended up booking with Diamond Home Inspections. The owner,Egbert Jager, is also the inspector, we could not have been more satisfied and impressed with his inspection for the following reasons: - He was punctual/ came early - He was incredibly thorough - He took the time to go through every aspect of the house's condition and future signs to look for - He was very patient, and gave us plenty of time to ask questions until we were satisfied - Took plenty of photos of possible area's of concern - Developed an incredibly easy to read report, with great visual representation of his findings, which helped with negotiations. His expertise not only put us at ease, but also let us know what we were getting into with this purchase. We would highly recommend Egbert (Diamond Home Inspection) to anyone seeking a Home Inspector. When it comes time for our next home purchase we will definitely book with Diamond/ Egbert again.

    Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

    I called to book an appointment on very short notice but Egbert was able to book me in and get me the appointment I wanted. He showed up early and was very professional. This is my first home buying experience and he took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that we had. He even explained how we could fix some of the minor problems we found. I will be recommending him to all my friends!

    Home inspection

    Called Diamond for a home inspection on a older home. Egbert showed up early and was very professional in his evaluation. He did not rush things and took time to explain details of things to me as he found them. I would use this company again

    Home Inspection

    To be brief, Egbert did an excellent home inspection for me. He came early to look at the roof, as it was forecasted to rain later that afternoon. He was thorough, diligent, meticulous, conscientious and clearly sought to take his time to answer all of my questions. His report was clear, simple to understand and includes helpful diagrams and pictures. He has been keen to comment on the follow-up questions that have arisen since the inspection. I wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Home Inspection without reservation and will certainly plan to use them again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    We booked Egbert for a home inspection with very short notice. He was able to get us in right away. Very friendly. He caught a couple things to look out for in the future. I appreciated that he gave me a full report and also a form beforehand detailing what he would be looking at. I would use him again.

    Home inspection

    Re: home inspection done April 1, 2013 The best home inspector I have worked with, thorough, professional, willing to explain and also to re-look at an area of concern. The report was easy to understand and issues were presented with both suggested solutions and degrees of urgency. It was also presented in a timely manner. The report also acknowledged that some issues were not unusual for a home of this age. When contacted for clarification of a point the response was fast and concise. I would strongly recommend using Diamond Home Inspection to anyone purchasing a home or planning renovations on their current home in the greater Calgary area!

    Home Inspection

    I used the company for my first home inspection. Egbert was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to answer all the questions i had. I would recomenned him with the heart beat, and i will definitely use him in the future...Thank you egbert.

    Home Inspection

    We had an offer fall through on our house and we were worried that it had more to do with the inspection than with the financing. Egbert was able to fit us in for a home inspection on the same day I called to help give us piece of mind that everything was fine with our home and there was nothing that was a major concern that needed to be fixed right away. It was a huge relief and we were very fortunate that he made the time to fit us in as a rush! Much appreciated!

    Wonderfull service

    Highly recommend Diamond Home Inspection for home inspection. He is extremely thorough, patient, and meticulous. I learned a ton about the property, which enabled me to make a well-informed decision about the purchase.

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Diamond Home Inspections to arrange a time to review a property that I was considering purchasing. They were very flexible and were able to set up a time around my schedule. The service was prompt, professional and the report I received was very thorough and helpful in my final decision to purchase the home.
