Home Inspection
We were very happy wthe the home inspection Egbert did. He really took his time and we felt he was very upfront and honest. He also told him to contact him anytime if we should have any future questions which was comforting being that this was our first house! He also helped us out in a crunch and did the inspection with less than a day's notice. We would definitely recommend Egbert.

Home Inspection For Home Purchase
Just had a home inspection done by Egbert at Diamond Home Inspections. He was very thorough, professional, and informative. He explained everything he was seeing and talked in depth about future problems and concerns. We had lots of questions and he was more then happy to answer all of them with a smile. I feel like I have been given very valuable knowledge that will allow me to make a good confident decision, and help me and my family sleep better at night. Thanks Egbert for all your help and knowledge. My wife also says thanks for the Chocolate Truffles!! Nice touch! :) What can you say he thinks of everything.

Home Inspection
We contracted Diamond Home Inspection when buying our house in SE Calgary. Egbert came highly recommended and he lived up to that glowing recommendation. He was very professional and thorough. We felt confident in our decision to buy the home knowing there were no major issues and the minor issues were maintenance-related. Even our realtor remarked that Egbert was very detailed and one of the better home inspectors he had seen. We would like to add our recommendation of Diamond Home Inspection to the growing list of satisfied customers. A+!

Home Inspection
Egbert performed a home inspection for a property I was purchasing in NW Calgary. He arrived early and performed a thorough inspection including walking the roof, climbing into the attic and helpfully labeled items in the furnace room. I only had limited time to perform the home inspection and he turned around the report the same day. He did a great job.

Home Inspection
Egbert was very detail with his walkthru. I learned a lot about not only the present condition of the house but future maintainence issues. I can safely recommend his service to anybody who's looking for a good home inspector.

residential home inspection
I hired Egbert to do a home inspection on a residential property in NW Calgary. I was impressed by his wide range of knowledge and attention to detail. He did not mind to get dirty and crawl into the attic and crawl spaces ( which previous inspector did not do). i was very satisfied with his home inspection and i felt at ease afterwards+ i learned a lot during that time. I would absolutely recommend you, not to buy a house, without getting Egbert to do a home inspection

Home Inspection
My realtor advised me of Egbert and I have to say i was impressed! Egbert is extremely detailed oriented which I think is important for a home inspector. Egbert took extensive pictures to show us all the major/minor things we needed to know about a property. Not only that, he gave suggestions on how it can be fixed! I would strongly recomend Egbert to anyone who is looking to get a home inspection done.

Home Ispection proir to purchasing a lake home( condition of sale)
asked Egbert to do a home ispection of a property we were planning to purchase - he was extremely accomodating as far as expediting the process and was very thorough. A very detailed report was in our hands within 24 hours -could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and enjoyed working with this personable young fellow- he really knows his stuff!!

Home Insepction for property purchase
I would gladly recommend Egbert for anyone who needs an inspection in his service area. He is very personable and very knowledgable. He was able to point out items that were just regular maintenance items and those that needed attention. He was very thorough. He reassured us regarding a couple of items that we had concerns about and pointed out some other areas that could use with some attention to reduce the chance of heat loss. He made the inspection process very comforting, especially when you are buying a property that someone else has been maintaining for a few years. Definately recommend Diamond Inspections. I'll even post their site on our business Facebook page.

Home inspection x 3
