Excellent work from the whole team. The responses were quick, Tamara and team communicated well.
The final work was done well (Nigels team), proper application of the shingles, and all the little things you'd expect to see were done (silicone on exposed nail heads, flashing, capping layout, alignment, overhang, all look excellent).
Eavestroughs were done well, I enjoy seeing the extra hangers compared to what they took down, better product then what was taken down. Russ worked with me on discussions about drainage and where to put the downspouts and how that applies to the rest of the house.
The worksite was left clean, they go to the extra step of blowing off the shingle abrasives from the surfaces around the house, and using magnets on wheels to pick up nails, and the gutter work was the same.
They never left my roof exposed between work days (proper project time-frame planning so as to make sure I wasn't left with tarps on the roof between day 1 and day 2).
The turn around time from materials drop off to job complete was quick. They respected social distancing between myself and their workers when needed.
Professional work. My neighbour had theirs done last year by another outfit and comparing the work between theirs and Reids was night and day. I'd recommend Reids any day of the week.
