    Re-roofing Project

    We recently had our roof replaced by Reid's Roofing and are extremely pleased with all elements of the project. Not only were they very competitive in their pricing, the work was performed quickly and professionally. We were especially impressed by the efforts they took to keep our yard clean as they worked - even in a strong breeze. We would definitely recommend this company!

    New Roof and Eaves Troghs

    Roof Repair

    From the get go Reid's has provided outstanding service. A serviceman was out to my house quickly to diagnose the issue and scheduled the work to be completed soon after. The repair crew was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and took care to provide a quality end product. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a good description of the work they did before leaving.

    New roof, attic insulation, fascia repair

    We had Reid’s do our roof last summer, and we were so impressed by them that we had them return to do some attic installation and some fascia repair this year! Everyone that we’ve dealt with at Reid’s, from Tamara in the office, to Pete the service manager to all of the work crews, were professional and friendly. Communication was fantastic, work was fast, thorough, and tidy. Very reasonable pricing and we were given many options to suit our budget. Many thanks!!

    Fascia, Soffit & Eaves on House and Garage

    Looks great! The bulk of the work was done while I was away. It was very nice to come back to new looking roofs. Although did not win the bid to shingle my garage, Reid's Roofing was the only one to follow up and check how the project was going. That attention to customer service along with very competitive bid for finishing with the soffits, fascia and eaves won them the job for both the garage and the house. Very prompt and pleasant interaction. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate with a dump of snow making cleanup harder. Overall very happy with the finished product. Thanks guys!

    Reshingling of roof on home and garage

    I was completely satisfied with the job done by Reid's Roofing from initial visit to estimate to the work done by the roofing team. Jake provided an estimate in a timely manner and was very helpful in suggesting options for different types of shingles. He re-estimated the job for each type I was interested in. The roofing team were polite and answered my questions. They worked very efficiently and seemed to have a good time while getting the work done. They cleaned up all debris and left my property in great shape. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the work.

    Low-slope ridge vent and roof patching

    We hired RR after Jake was recommended by a contractor contact. The work involved installing a ridge vent on a low-slope membrane roof to reduce ice damming and patching a small spot of the roof that had a tear. Ridge venting a low-slope roof can be challenging. He knew his stuff and took his time to explain possible solutions. He didn't over-promise and was frank about the viability of different options. He took the time to have an installer come and verify that a project could be done the way we had discussed before providing a quote to ensure that the quote would be accurate. The rain delayed the work by a week or two but that's not their fault. They got the work done within the time frame that we needed and it looks to be high-quality work. When they discovered that work we had planned didn't need to be done, they didn't re-do the work to get paid more, they advised us that the work was unnecessary and only billed us for the work that needed to be done. We paid for the job on completion and weren't asked to pay up front. We're very satisfied with RR and will use them again.

    Eavestroughs

    Reids Roofing went out to Redwater for me to do an estimate, which was great. They then went back and did a superb job of installing the new eavestroughs on the house and garage. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and informative. Thank you for a great job done in a timely manner! Peter

    remove shakes install asphalt

    Excelent service and communication. From the quote by Jake, to the final inspection and fixes, the job was done beyond my expectations. At my request they even removed some plywood so we could inspect the joists to make sure they were solid. After completion, Jake inspected the job and did all necessary touchups. Even made the effort to obtain and replace a small piece of siding that had been slightly damaged. I was very happy with Reid's Roofing and recommend them highly.

    Removing and Re-roofing our home - St Albert

    Our home had a cedar shake roof that needed to be replaced after approximately twenty years. I received 4 separate estimates from different roofing companies including Reid's Roofing. Their estimate was very easy to understand, accurate and completed by Jake who was very easy to work with. Our job was assigned to Nigel and his crew, they did a great job, it took them two full days and our roof looks great. They did a great job keeping the work site, our back and from yard clean during and after the job. We were very impressed with Nigel and his crew and we highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.
