    Good Job. Reid Team!

    We had our shingles replaced by the Reid team on what must have been the hottest day this summer. The team who did the job under guidance of Andrew , site boss, were positive, cheerful, and persevered to complete the job in 1 day. From Carlo, appraiser to office staff and the girl who did a follow up the next day to check for nails, all were professional ,considerate and and provided me with the excellent communication so I always knew where we were in the process. Yes, I was very happy With Reid Roofing and have already recommended them them to my neighbor .

    Residential roofing

    Excellent roofing job done. All employees were knowledgeable, helpful, curtious & took pride in their job. Well done & I highly recommend Reids Roofing.

    Excellent service

    Reids Roofing made the process of replacing shingles easy and hassle free. They provided an accurate estimate, showed up on schedule, and replaced the shingles in one day. The roof looks great, and they were meticulous about cleaning up and ensuring no nails are left behind.

    Roof/attic/insulation repair

    While selling our house, a building inspection found an issue with moisture in the attic. We were surprised and called two St. Albert companies for quotes. They both had similar repair plans and prices but Reid's had the far superior warranty. It was short notice and time sensitive and Reid's came quickly and did a fantastic job over 2 days. The attic is perfect and the new buyers were pleased and closed on the house sale. Thank you Pete and everyone we dealt with at Reid's. Very professional and totally satisfied.

    New eaves troughs

    Professional and precise. A work ethic that is to be commended. The company out of five that interviewed that actually got up on top of my roof to assess. I was listening to. The team was awesome. Friendly, kind and conducted themselves with the utmost respect for their client. Me!

    Great Service

    I called 4 companys for a quote and Reids was the only business to call me back. They showed up when they said they would and gave an extremely detailed quote. Their work was quick and thorough and I highly recommend them.

    Reid’s Roofing

    They fixed my downspouts, and took a look at the rest of the property to see if there were other issues I wasnt aware of. They noticed some problems in the attic that were affecting the home and proposed reasonable solutions to them. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable, and their pricing was quite reasonable.

    Westmount roof replacement

    Quote process good. Pre-inspection process good. Construction started ok but had 1 worker (apparently new) fall off the ladder: pulled off the guttering as they fell and ladder scraped window. Worker was luckily ok after fall. Poor quality of work on eaves of our old house - replaced some eave slats but broke or removed others without replacing them - probably because they were rushing to complete the work and get to another job. On some days used my ladders instead of their own. Clean-up ok. Post- construction inspection good, however, found a deficiency (in eaves) after some final 'fix-ups' were taken care of and despite 2 promises that somebody would be sent to take care of this deficiency, nothing has been done yet. Assume we will have to wait until spring now.
