    Re roof our house and shed

    Excellent service from this company. Calvin, Jake, Sam and Taryn made this experience very pleasant. All commitments were made as stated and on time. We would highly recommend this company!

    Replacing roof and skylight

    Excellent service, courteous, efficient. Calvin was here the very next day and had an estimate within an hour. Jake inspected and rewired our electrical cable to prevent ice buildup. Both Calvin and Jake were reassuring and helpful. As seniors we felt assured that should a problem arise they would be here to assist us ASAP. We have already recommended Reid's Roofing and will continue to do so. What a refreshing experience for a process that with another company was proving exhausting. Sarah & Bob Urquhart

    new roof

    crew did excellent job before starting made sure I had no concerns cleaned up you could not tell they were there I recommend them to do your roof I will be having my other house done in the spring with them

    Re-roofing

    Reid's was excellent! Timely, quality work. Estimator was very helpful and took his time providing a quote. Workers were polite and did an excellent clean up job when they left. Would definitely recommend them to others, in fact, I already have!

    Re-shingle

    Completed for quoted price in one day, cleaned up well. Very satisfied with the work. Only issue was a minor mix-up with the date, a clerical typo had the roofers come on a different day than anticipated. But overall I would recommend this company.

    Roofing

    They offered me a quick quote and was able to start right away. They completed the work to my satisfaction and then came out and inspected the work after and took care of all my questions. I would highly recommend and If I had the choice to do it again it would be them. Thank you from North of Gibbons

    replace roof

    The project was started one day late. I have no issue for the project. But I am not happy when I found out my neighbor pay less than me. My house is a duplex, my neighbor's roof has same size as mine and both of ours roof were replace by raid's roof at same time. I changed the rating to 10 after company reached out to me to offer same price as my neighbor's.

    Hi Mike, Thank you for your review. Originally the contract was to do only your half of the duplex. However, when the installer showed up they removed a portion of the shingles off your neighbours roof. When your neighbour came home in the process of removing his shingles, the installer realized that he had made a mistake. To our surprise, your neighbour agreed for us to continue replacing his roof. He came into the office to pay his bill & asked for a discount. Feeling obligated to him because of the error on our behalf, we felt it appropriate in this situation to give him a $200.00 discount.     House roof

    Calvin came and did the estimate and I felt quite comfortable in choosing this company even though they were not the cheapest of the 3 quotes that I got!! We booked the roof, and it was delayed a few days due to the weather, but the job was completed in 1 day. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves, and one of the job Forman's just came by to do a final inspection. The roof looks great. Thanks and I would highly recommend them for your work.
