I am very happy with the work that Reid did for me. This started with the estimator who with the video camera allowed me to see the status of my roof without having to climb on it myself. They were competitive (similar price to another quote). They made efforts to coordinate with the paving contractor in front of my home as well as the efforts to get in and out before the paving contractor ripped up my driveway. There was a delivery problem on the shingles by a couple of days, so they threw extra people at the roof to get it done quicker. Overall, very friendly and professional. I would use them again. Next time I would insist up front that they explain to me their plan to ensure their workers are following government fall protection requirements.

From our first contact with this company we knew that we had made the right decision, owner is very committed to his work and the efficiency of his crews. We've had two roof jobs on different properties completed by Reid's Roofing Ltd. The first time the company was fairly new but the owner's integrity was what impressed us most. The second job was a few years later and this company still came up to the top of our list. Both times this company hit the mark on all performance metrics. This company does a great job, has superior customer service, and does everything right from start to finish. You simply will not find another company that upholds a standard of excellence as comprehensively - service, product and professionalism.

I am sure that when people read reviews that say "went above and beyond" and "these guys are the best ever" the reader questions just how valid the review is. I can say all of these things and more about Reid's roofing. I can truthfully say that from first contact with the office to the final day of installation Reid's roofing deserves every accolade they receive. We moved into our home two years ago and thought the roof needed "simple repairs". Nothing big, replace the fascia and gutters, some simple adjustments to the then 1 year old/supposedly 50 year roof that was already there. It took us two years and many false starts with others to finally finding Reid's Roofing Company and asking them to come tell us what really needed to be done. Our low slope roof was actually three roofs, stacked on top of each other. Each complete with it's own set of problems. A slapstick arrangement meant to just cover over the issues of the previous roof to be ignored for another day. Due to a series of patchwork fixes and one seriously botched job by another company, Reid's Roofing took over and Pete walked us through everything. We are so impressed that there were videos and photos and explanations as to why we should remove the previous disaster and start again. We know our roof was so much more work than anyone bargained for. We know our roof caused scheduling changes and hardship for Pete and his crew because there were things along the way none of us could have foreseen. In the end we decided to have a standing seam metal roof installed. All we can say is that if you want a company with old fashioned work ethic, compassion for the homeowners and quality workmanship then you need to hire Reid's Roofing. We will be forever grateful for the hard work and excellent quality of workmanship the guys provided. We would recommend them to anyone knowing that they care about the home they put their sign in front of. They will do the job right and they will make sure that you as the homeowner are fully informed and very happy at the end of the work.

Reeds Roofing did an excellent job. Calvin the owner is a great guy, easy to deal with and it has been a pleasure dealing with him. What I most appreciate is promptness, professionalism and punctuality. I would highly recommend Reeds Roofing, as a fully satisfied customer.

It was well coordinated and executed little job. It took a total of about 5 hours.

Very happy with the work that was done. All the people we dealt with, from the office staff to the installers were professional and extremely helpful. We aren't the easiest people to deal with as we change our minds all the time and are super picky but they were patient with us while we made our choices. Thanks for the great work.

Our house features a low slope roof with shingles replaced 10 years ago, although shingles are not in terrible shape, we experienced minor water issue last winter whenever temperature rise after snowfall, we thought this is due to ice damming, but seepage location suggested otherwise. After getting 3 quotes with different methods to fix the issue, we decided to hire Reid’s roofing based on proposed modified ridge vent with additional flashing and full roof ice and water shield. The install was completed by 2 roofers and one of them came back the second day to complete the work, service manager Pete was also present during the install and came back on the 3rd day to final inspect the work and worked on few final details. We have not had any water issue since. Overall, I would highly recommend this company based on attention to details, knowledgeable, able to present different options. The only issue throughout the project was the install start date was delayed 2 days due to vendor issue, although this is no fault at Reid’s whatsoever, I would hope to be informed the delay more promptly.
