I had my roof and eaves troughs replaced by Reid's Roofing this summer (2013). Calvin and his crew did an excellent and timely job despite the challenges of our wet summer! We had our roof done September 6 2013 by Reid's Roofing crew. The crew was here on the day they promised.The crew worked quickly efficiently and cheerfully. They started early that morning and were done that evening. It was excellent workmanship and we were very pleased with the results. They did a very nice job of clean up after they finished. Reid's Roofing did an exellent job, showed up on time, finished the job in a timely manner, did an exellent job of cleanup. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the manner in which it was carried out. The crew was friendly and courteous. After the job was compteted Calvin Reid came out to inspect the work and gave me my warranty. We were very happy that we chose this contractor.

We were very pleased with the job Reid's Roofing did for us. We had an estimate from Calvin who went on the roof to check the existing shingles. His price came in at the estimated value. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up well after the job. I went on the roof myself after the installation and found the job was done very professionally. We received great service form Reid's when our roof was done this summer 2013. Jessica the receptionist kept us informed of the timing of the crew coming out. Some rain had put Reid's behind, so they came out Saturday. The sent an 8 man crew, and completed my 1300 sq foot home and 600 sq ft garage in about 5 hours ! They followed safety procedures, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Remarkably I had Calvin Reid quote me in 2012, and because my old roof looked pretty rough, I asked Calvin if it needed redoing right away, and " He said, actually it will probably last another year or so" not what you would expect from somebody trying to sell you a new roof. How honest is that ? One of my neighbors who makes his living as a safety guy, was watching the guys in action, and then recommended to to other people he new to use Reid's based on the good job they did. Reid roofing provided punctual, professional service both in the written estimate and in the timelines provided for the roofing to be completed. After the job, Calvin came by to inspect the roof with us and to deliver the guarantee.

Great job and substantially less than the competition in Sherwood Park. Everyone was very courteous and professional . They returned to properly insulate a skylight that had never been insulated by the builder 30 years previously. We were highly pleased.

Reid's Roofing did a neat and tidy job reroofing our house and attached garage. Paul Meyer did a complete inspection when we requested an initial quote and got back to us quickly with an estimate unlike some other companies that also received positive reviews on this site. The prices are relative between most companies unless they are shady and come in thousands below every other bid but the the real difference is in the quality of workmanship. Reid's Roofing delivers what they promise using quality of materials and workmanship and we are happy with the results.

The Service Manager, Paul, was very personable and helpful in providing the initial quote to us, followed by providing the excellent crew to do the work, and supervising the completion. My husband and I are very happy with the work done, and from start to finish, this company is professional, helpful, friendly and I would recommend Reid's Roofing to anyone. We found them at the Home Show, and out of all the companies we requested quotes from, they were the only ones who took the time to actually TALK to us. All the others left quotes in the mail, and usually more expensive than Reid's. We would recommend this company to anyone.
