    House & Garage Roof Replacement

    I was introduced to Reid's through their support of The Children's Wish Foundation and I was very pleased with the work done. The sub-contractor kept the area around my home and garage neat and when the job was completed, they left the property totally clean and my roof looks amazing. I got more than one quote and I chose Reid's because I trusted Jake and the price was competitive. Also, Reid’s can do other projects around the home, for example eavestrough work, and I have confidence in Pete, the service manager, to manage the project. I recommend Reid's Roofing very highly.

    Roof replacement

    Reids Roofing did an excellent job on replacing our roof. I first met Calvin at the Home and Garden show and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We made an appointment for a quote. He was punctual and very thorough in explaining the quote. Reids pricing was right in line with other quotes we received. When we decided to go ahead with them they kept us informed every step of the way. The job was done by very qualified workers and it was finished in the time that was quoted. I would highly recommend Reids Roofing to anyone who is looking for a roofing company with high standards.

    Roofing

    Workers did an amazing job on my high pitched roof. They were tidy, courteous and even worked in the rain cleaning up the old cedar shakes on the ground. The estimater gave lots of different options for materials and extra accents (the metal valleys look sharp) and the office staff helped pick out the best colours as well.     Roofing

    Roof and eaves needed replacement. Reid's team did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and made sure we were informed about all their work as it progressed. They also did a separate inspection of the work that caught a small problem and did not ask for their payment until after the problem was fixed.

    Shingle Replacement

    I had some shingles blown off my roof about a week ago,I called my builder and he said that the workmanship warranty had expired. I was told about home stars and read reviews about Reid's roofing and called. Pete got back to me and got it done quicker than expected, He saw something else also that needed to be done and fixed that at no extra cost. He was very professional and I'd call them again. I would recommend them too. Thanks Pete

    reshingling house & garage

    We choose Reid’s Roofing over four other companies for several reasons and are very happy with the results. They were prompt on the return call and follow up calls, Aaron, the estimator, was excellent (answering all the questions even the stupid ones!), and the price quoted was very competitive. The roofers were professional and took pride in their work. Last but not least, having the work inspected by one of the bosses/supervisors assured us that the work would be held to a high standard. Even in the cold wind Pete did a thorough job of inspecting.Thanks for making it a positive experience. We highly recommend this company.

    Roof Repair

    In a new home when the warranty just ran out on workmanship coverage. Wind storm came through and removed a number of shingles that were attached poorly. Called numerous places asking for quotes and availability. Got a callback in a timely manner from Reid's Roofing, got a quote, service date & time booked. They were prompt, professional and responsive. Price was as quoted, installer was attentive to property. Will recommend to others and use again.

    New roof on house and garage

    First of all I would like to thank Aaron for his amazing job. He is really professional. Aaron helped us to choose the right shingles, materials, colour of capping, etc. The job was done properly and on time; the site was clean; the crew was polite. I was very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

    Roof Re-shingle

    Reid's Roofing was a great decision. A professional and trustworthy organization that followed through on its commitments and delivered an outstanding job! We are thoroughly pleased with the roof-work they completed. The crew was organized, respectful and left the job site in fantastic condition when they were done. Would hire them again without hesitation.

    Roof

    Reid's Roofing did an excellent job re-shingling our roof. The work was completed exactly as quoted and ahead of the time originally scheduled. The quality of workmanship is far superior to the last roofing job: Reid's added drip edges to support the shingles over the eaves troughs, all vents were replaced at no extra cost including the addition of two vents on the garage roof. They even replaced the old galvanized steel dryer vent and kitchen exhaust vent with composite vents that matched the shingle colour. The installation crew was professional and my yard and deck were cleaned promptly and completely. Owner Calvin Reid was involved from the original quote to the final inspection. Their pricing is very competitive for such high quality work. Highly recommended.
