    Solar tube/roof repairs

    We had a good experience with Reid's Roofing, and I would recommend them to others. The estimator was prompt, professional, and thorough. The work was good and well documented (since it's on the roof, photos are important). Most telling was how they handled a small issue we brought to them: there was some work that we had expected would be done as part of the job. It seemed obvious to us, but wasn't specifically articulated. When we asked them to come back after the job was done and complete the task we had expected, they scheduled something without complaint. It hasn't been done yet, but I have no reason to think they will not follow through. The way a company responds to a complaint says at least as much to me as the work they do in the first instance, and I was happy with how they responded. My only other complaint would be that I was surprised the guys left their boots on without putting any booties on, or at least offering to remove their shoes. Our house is far from pristine, so it wasn't a big deal, but I was surprised as my experience with other trades is that they remove their shoes or wear booties.

    My Second Excellent Reroof

    Reids Roofing did my roof on the acreage in 2016 with excellent workmanship so I recommended them again to do the church which I attend. Again a good job at a competitive price.

    Front pillar

    Repaired damaged pillar. Service was excellent and they were very professional. I would recommend your company 100%!

    Shingle replacement

    Reid's Roofing did a fantastic job reshingling our roof. From Jake the estimator to Sierra at the office and the roofing team - everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. The roofers were very professional and did an amazing job. We were also happy to be offered the option of a long life, sustainable shingle with a high impact rating at a reasonable price - Malarkey Vista AR. Thank you to everyone at Reid's Roofing!

    Reroof

    Some scheduling changes due to weather and two days as opposed to one but the crew followed through with their commitment to complete on the weekend.

    House & Detached Garage Shingle Roof Replacement

    Reids Roofing just completed our house & detached garage shingles replacement.We are very pleased w/their completed job. They were very uncomplicated about the pricing & gave us various options of products recommendations. Andrew & crew werepunctual,friendly,hardworking.We are very satisfied w/ the finished job.They left no debris after work was done.

    Highly recommended!

    Reid's Roofing was recommended by my brother and I was very happy with the work they did to replace my cedar shakes with new shingles. The work was very well done, cleanup was good and they even sent the safety rep to do an extra cleanup, and they were very prompt to address any concerns I raised. Highly recommended!

    Eavestrough and leaf gutter guard install

    Highly recommend this company! Work was completed days before expected with great quality workmanship. Very fast and really cleaned up the work area.

    New roofing

    We were very impressed. the guys arrived at 7:15 and started to set up. They were all very polite and friendly to talk to. When the job was completed at 4:00, they all thanked me. The next day a lady came to check for nails I told her no nails everything was great. Two of our Neighbour's were very impressed with how they looked and how fast they completed the job. Thanks so much.!
