Where do I even begin...amazing!! I was nervous about purchasing my Yorkville condo due to the closet situation. I contacted Lancaster because I had heard so much about it and after speaking to Debbie on the phone, I knew right away they caught my vision. A short time later I had my custom, brand new, dream closet and I seriously could not be happier. Truly took my vision and made it real life, fitting so perfectly with my room! I already have my sister and her kids in contact with them! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

We recently moved into our new home and they had these closet maids in them that offered no storage solution and very little hanging space. Lancaster customs designed a beautiful organizer for our walk in closet with drawers, cubbies and ample amount of hanging room. We also had two other closets done. Can not express how beautiful and elegant it is. The face of the drawers are gorgeous. Very great quality. Immaculate craftsmanship. Only took a few hours to install and no mess! It is very sturdy and cubbies have adjustable shelving. Extremely happy with it. Second time using Lancaster Customs first was in first home.

Hello, My front hall closet was installed today. I'm very happy with the design , the colour suggested to me is perfect with my current hallway colour scheme. I was expecting a 4-6 weeks delivery/installation but it arrived in 2 weeks. The installer arrived around 9:30 and finished the job by 10:30. Perfect workmanship.. Thank you for your efficiency! We are delighted with our custom walk-in closets by Lancaster. When I realized we had a colour match problem between the cabinet doors and the trim, I was anxious. What could have been a difficult experience wasn’t one because the owner, Debbie, was on the case immediately. Her comment at the time was, “The true measure of a company isn’t always what they do right, it’s when there is a problem and how the company deals with the issue at hand.” Debbie was true to her credo. Our problem was not as easy to resolve as we had all expected; it took about three months. However, in the interim, our only inconvenience were doors in the wrong colour. From the beginning to the end, Lancaster provides excellent service. Our consultation with designer, Irena, was superb. The sign-off on drawings was precise, and formal. (It’s that precision which led to a happy resolution of the colour match problem.) And finally, the installation by Tom and Peter was expert and attentive. Thank you all!

We had the pleasure of partnering with Lancaster over the past two years for our house (Kitchen, Front Closet, All bedroom closets and Bathroom). Our initial appointment with Debbie was fantastic, she was attentive, detailed, considerate and beyond knowledgeable. I had a certain layout in my mind and she offered alternative suggestions and alternative materials which allowed us to stay within our budget. It took some time for the project to get going as our house was a new build and went through numerous delays due to the builder. Debbie was immensely patient and accommodated all of these constant moving dates without adding any additional stress to us. The design process was excellent, we were able to see 3D drawings of our space, thanks to Ashley for her amazing skills in bringing our concept to life. Between Debbie and Ashley we were able to truly visualize every space. Their expertise allowed us to use every inch of space in our home providing not only functionality but also design. The quality of this product is amazing, you get what you pay for and they do not cut corners or compromise quality at all, which is something that was very important to me. This is not your Ikea type product that lasts about a year and then falls apart, this is a lifetime investment that can stand the wear and tear of everyday use. The install for all rooms went fantastic. Lancaster uses their own installers who come prepared and ready to install, they are punctual and don't stand around wasting your time. We had one slight hiccup where one drawer facing was slightly off in shade, we advised Debbie and she had a new drawer facing back to us within a couple of weeks, it was a completely no hassle process and speaks volumes to how the company reacts to issues. Overall this was a fantastic project / process from the initial meeting to completion, the most important thing was that the service level throughout was outstanding, it's truly hard to find service that shines these days and this team nails it. You can feel that they actually care about what they do and they care about their clients. We are are looking forward to our next projects with them, which will be a wall to wall server/ glass wine rack for my dining room and then everything for our basement. Thank you to the entire team for being so amazing, special thanks to Debbie and Ashley who took great care of us along the way.

We read positive reviews about Lancaster Custom Cabinets online and decided to go visit their showroom. We were really impressed by some of the ideas that the designer (Rabiaa) we were working with suggested and decided to move forward with designing 2 large built in cabinets on either side of our fireplace. Not only was the whole process very smooth, but the end product was more than we ever expected. Every person that walks into our home makes comments about how amazing the built in units look. My husband and I are self employed contractors. It goes without saying our reputation is of the utmost importance. Debbie and Lancaster are an integral part of maintaining that reputation. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She is true to her word with projects always being completed within proposed timelines and budget. Their work is truly exceptional. Whenever cabinetry work is required by one of our clients, Debbie and Lancaster are the only call we make.
