We cant thank Debbie and her crew at Lancaster Custom Cabinets enough for the stunning kitchen that they just installed this week. From our first meeting to the installation everyone was professional and easy to deal with. Their showroom has all the options so you can personalize your kitchen and the computerized model shows exactly what the kitchen will look like from all angles. The workmanship is exceptional and was completed in the timeframe we were given when we ordered. The installers were meticulous and neat and did not leave until they had cleaned everything up. Just thrilled with the cabinets and island. We highly recommend Lancaster and Debbie and Ralph! Sandra and Joe

We worked with Vlad from the beginning of our project, from our initial concepts to the final install Vlad was exceptional to work with. We were undertaking a large custom house build with a lot of cabinetry, so it was a big project. His ability to quickly create visuals in 3D software to help us picture our concepts to his own design ideas, his input was invaluable. Vlad personally went out to source the wood for our kitchen to ensure that each piece of white oak was up to standard. He met us at the paint shop to ensure we were able to see the samples in different lights before they went into production and was onsite during the install to ensure everything went smoothly. Vlad was so patient, was available for skype calls when we werent sure about something or needed some advice, he would quickly mockup something in his software and send it over to us to help us make decisions- he truly went above and beyond to ensure our project was a success. I cant say enough great things about our experience.thank you Vlad!

We recently engaged Lancaster to do a custom walk-in front hall closet for our new home. Hello, I wanted to provide you with feedback on the recent design and installation of my entertainment wall unit and the built in closets for my master bedroom and hall closet. I'm extremely pleased with both the design and installation. The closets are so efficient that allow for all my clothes and shoes. The entertainment unit is simply beautiful and recipient of many compliments to that effect. Dealing with Irena was a very positive experience. She guided me to the best possible design. One Happy Customer!! Thank you Santina for your expertise and design consultation on my custom closet organizers for 3 of my closets. I was uncertain and nervous as to how they would turn out as I do not have traditionally sized and many angled walls in all of our closets. Santina was patient, listened to what I wanted and created everything perfectly!! Everything is now organized and the space is well utilized. I will definitely be using them again and can't wait to work on my next project - my master closet. Highly recommend !!

Lancaster installed custom fireplace units at my home today and must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, execution and attention to detail right from the start to finish of this project especially during these pandemic times where the design was based through virtual consultations. I had apprehensions at the start that custom work would be very expensive but I must thank Irene for her design incorporating all my needs and being well within budget. Iago installed and he was a thorough professional ensuring every little detail was beautifully executed. The finish is flawless and am beyond satisfied.
