    Walk-In Closets, Library, MudRoom, Pantry, Pool Cabana, Wine Cellar

    We have used Ralph and his team to custom-build all of home's walk-in closets, Mudroom, Library, outdoor Cabana and Pantry. We moved into our home in 2016, and we wanted to get someone to fulfill all of our needs - a one-stop shopping experience. We got several quotes from different companies and chose to go with Lancaster because of the service, quality and attention to detail. I felt comfortable going with Lancaster because they gave me all of their time and listened to what I wanted. We keep going back to Lancaster for additional needs because we know we can trust them to do a great job ! Irena did a great job handling our cabana as well ! Thank you Lancaster !

    Current project - Overall detail and service

    My husband and I had heard great things about Lancaster Custom Cabinets & Closets Inc. hence after shopping around a great deal we decided to give our project (kitchen, closets, mudroom) to this absolutely fantastic team. Our project is currently in the works, however at this stage the attention to detail by Debbie and Ashley has been absolutely outstanding, they are extremely knowledgeable and detailed about their products and are fantastic designers. They have been on time with all of their deliverable's so far, including respecting our time by being on time for site measures, appointments and designs. Debbie is just a joy to partner with, she's welcoming, approachable, cheerful and has a real passion in her work, she actually cares about her clients, which these days is hard to find. I would highly recommend this team, they truly listened to our endless wish list, while offering realistic options that keep us within our budget. We are super excited to get to the finish line and so glad that we went in this direction. The service alone has been phenomenal.

    Custom Closet

    I wanted to take the time to thank Lancaster Custom Cabinets & Closets Inc. for doing an excellent job with our custom closets. It was pleasure to with their Sales / Kitchen Designer Kam who demonstrated a sincere concern and made every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. She was very helpful and provided us with great ideas. Peter, our installer did an awesome job. He was on time, very professional and his workmanship was excellent. Peter even cleaned up after completing the job. We're very happy with the design, it looks spectacular! We would recommend Lancaster Custom Cabinets & Closets Inc. to all our friends and family.     Poor Finishing and Incomplete Installation

    Through a builder I had a Kitchen installed by this company, and I've had multiple issues that were never fixed to this day. I sent an email to the owner XXXXXXX, while he was parked behind my house speaking to the builder, regarding issues, this was his response on February 18th, 2016 Ranvir. Hi, No problem. I will give you a heads up as to when I'm coming. Take care XXXXXX (Owner) to this date (Jan 27, 2019) i'm still waiting for the problems to be rectified: 1. Pantry Lemans Missing 2. 2 resin Cutlery Drawer Insert Missing 3. Top 2 Cabinets have glass doors missing or not installed 4. Wood Kick plates not installed properly ( see Pictures) 5. Cabinets missing paint (see Pictures) 6. Fridge Door cover has come off from screws (see image) 7. Paid for LED puck lights but Fluorescent lights installed while right side switch installed but no lights. 8 multiple issues with other cabinets that were installed See the images attached I'm not overly impressed and the amount of communication from the owners. So be careful before pursuing any relationship with the vendor.

    Hi Ranvir, It’s unfortunate that your negative review posted on this open forum is not about Lancaster but the Builder who built your home. Lancaster was contracted by the Builder to design, fabricate and install your beautiful custom kitchen 3 years ago. To-date, our Service Department has not received any correspondence from your Builder regarding the list of items noted on your review. Unfortunately, the items identified as "missing" were never on Lancaster’s contract with your Builder. This may have been a discussion you had with your Builder but the items were never included with your kitchen and therefore were never installed by us. Regarding the appliance panel, please contact the company that installed your appliances to remedy the loose door. This is an appliance installation issue. The issue with the loose kick is definitely a warranty item through Lancaster and will be addressed once our Service Department is notified. As for the slight separation of your maple stained doors it's normal for wood products such as maple to shift with dryness and moisture overtime - this will need further investigation to determine an outcome. Ranvir, I trust that you now have clarity with whom you need to contact regarding your outstanding items.

    AMAZING Experience

    Custom Murphy Bed & Cabinetry/ Closet for small downtown condo. I can't tell you how impressed I was from my first interaction with Debbie. Debbie opened the showroom to us on a Saturday to accommodate not being able to visit during work hours living downtown......WOW, talk about a "First impression" of going the extra mile. We had a budget and she met it with a beautiful design, gave amazing suggestions and ideas to things I would have never thought of. We also had very unique request due to my husband being in a wheelchair on how doors and drawer and hangers had to be all accessible - Their was nothing they couldn't find a solution to. They offer amazing customer service and product - I will be a lifetime customer for any cabinetry needs.

    Amazed with the outcome

    I love my closet!!! Thank you so much Irena and Lancaster for making my dreams come true. After interviewing other companies we decided to go with Lancaster based on referral from a friend and I am glad we did. It was a beautiful rewarding process. I am recommending Lancaster to anyone.

    Kitchen Project

    I am a repeated client with Lancaster because of quality and service. All the past project were done to my satisfaction but Lancaster has EXCEEDED my expectations with my Kitchen project!! From the first conversation with Debbie, the detail, the design to the finished touches and the workmanship everything was flawless. I have to say that I am very specific with the way i do things and they have made this process unbelievably easy and enjoyable. Thank you LANCASTER for the great experience again and again!!! I will keep recommending you to all my friends and family!!!

    Custom Closet

    Getting dressed in the morning used to be a hassle because there was no organization. A quick phone call to Lancaster and everything was sorted out! I couldn't be happier with my custom built-in closet—which was completed perfectly and just the way it was initially designed. Despite not having the biggest closet, Lancaster's design somehow makes it feel and look bigger than before. I highly recommend Lancaster for any project, especialy condo living!

    Kitchen, closets, vanities, laundry room, and wall unit

    It is with full confidence that I recommend Lancaster Custom Cabinets & Closets for anyone considering high-end cabinetry for their home. From start to finish my husband and I have been extremely impressed with Debbie and her team. I have never worked with a company in the past that cares for their clients as much as this company does. Our closing date on our new home was delayed twice and Debbie was understanding of our situation and accommodated the schedule when we were ready to go. The delivery guys were gentle and professional - taking extra care of my new hardwood floors. Tom and his assistant were excellent and often I felt like they were one of our family. Our kids are the same age :) I am writing this review in my beautiful new kitchen and my sister's kitchen is also in production. Thank you Lancaster!

    Big changes: not for the better!

    What a horrible let down—we had our first custom master closet completed in 2014. This product was amazing and Dino did such a great job following up with us. Flash forward to 2017. The installer damaged my walls and broke my chandelier. I have been trying to get in touch with Ralph for over 6 weeks, and have had no response. They were to have sent someone to paint and caulk and to also pay for the damaged lightening. Dino no longer works with them, and it seems that they also don’t have a receptionist. Something has gone wrong, and I feel I make have to escalate my efforts. Please beware before you proceed with them for any work. It should not take this much effort to get in touch with the company via email or phone call.
