    Dryer Was Broken

    Uri was a fantastic professional and he explained the job to us and completed it quickly and efficiently. He had all the tools and even the belt that was needed to fix the machine. We are extremely satisfied with the service we provide and will be happy to recommend it to our friends. Thank you

    freezer in fridge not working, frozen

    Service was fantastic however I was schocked at the price!! Mike was the Tech. and he just said this is the cost as it is a GE Fridge. Anyway Mike was great, and perhaps this is the cost, perhaps when I called to book the agent could have mentioned price. Is this a general cost? I would call agin and in future get a quote. Also why is visa not available to use ? In this day and age it should be.

    Dishwasher repair

    The response to my request for repair to a 30-year old dishwasher was quick, and I was given a truthful and helpful explanation of the problem of an appliance that I thought would have to be replaced. Instead I was given a satisfactory quote, the discontinued part was ordered and the job was completed in a most timely fashion. I would definitely use Service4appliances again.

    GE Profle Oven repair

    Our 5 year old GE Proifle gas range went on the fritz, and we called Service4Appliances. They showed up for the appointment within the time frame given to us on the telephone. The technician Mike was very good, had excellent tools to work with and was vary courteous. He was able to determine the problem quickly and had the available part on hand to repair it. While the overall fee included the part costs seemed high, I was satisfied with their work.

    Dryer

    I had a technician came in to fix the dryer and I was quoted $80 to access the situation. After technician came in, he opened the dryer and said my dryer belt is worn and need replacement. He quoted me $180 for the dryer. He charged me $400($265 for labour and $92 for deposit for belt).. I later found out the belt is only $5.95 on the net and $400 later, my dryer is still not fixed. I called to cancel the order for the belt and they sad they will mail me the cheque but I highly doubt I will receive the cheque. So basically, i paid $400 for him to come in and did nothing. It really pissed me off. I called another guy from a different company, he came in today and fixed it for $120 all together. Parts and labour.

    clean washer/dryer

    I found the 2 service men, Dan and Shy very polite and helpful. They explained what needed to be done and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend them.

    dishwasher/fridge

    Prompt service and prompt return once parts were in to fix my dishwasher and fridge . Both working well now. Uri was very quick to diagnose problem and made sure all was working and to show me once repaired. Nice fellow. Thanks. Also hours were very helpful to working couple who are only home in evenings and weekends.

    repair water line on fridge

    The repair man arrived within the timeframe promised, was very professional and completed the repair to our satisfaction. He pointed out the work that he could do and what was not possible because of the age of the appliance. I would use them again.

    replace starter in gas oven

    I found Service 4 Appliances to be punctual, conscientious, polite, good follow up. Contacted them to repair gas stove. It was difficult to find a licensed gas technician in our area

    washing machine repair

    Service person was polite courteous, friendily and knowledgable. He was on time and gave me information as to what needed to be done and any future problems that I might have and how to correct them. I would definitely refer this company to friends. Very satisfied. His name is Uri
