    Call for Electric Range

I was very disappointed on how this company is being run. Technician comes to the home, I plug/unplug in the range, he opens the piece of the back cover and then say's it could be the electronic board? duh, I could have told him that? That's the first and easy way out of saying. Then charge me service call + diagnostic + labor? What labor? Taking out the screws? Geez. If you want to use this company, make SURE to find another company first. Check they're rate. I think they have one of the highest service call out there.

Hello Elmer, After reviewing your file, we understood from the technician diagnosed that there was an electrical issue with your stove. Our company has a special lab with special equipment which, unfortunately, cannot be carried to private homes. The technician offered you to take your stove to the lab in order to proceed with the repair. Unfortunately you didn’t want to proceed with the repair in our lab, and this was offered to you by the technician. In some cases when the technician spends time in order to solve the problem at the client’s house, we do charge labor and we feel sorry that you find that unacceptable. We hope your next experience with appliance repairing will be as good as you want it to be.

    Dryer not drying

Our dryer stopped heating. They sent a clueless technician who decided it is the heating element. After waiting for the part, it was finally installed. We turned it on and still same issue. We called them back. Over the phone it was decided that the thermostat is not working and that we have to wait for the part. A week later same technician came back and installed the themostat. He gave a long story about possible blocked vent. Vent was cleaned and checked. We turned on the dryer and Again same problem after paying$ 550. We called the owner who refused to send another technician and claimed that it is a problem with the vent which is certainly not the problem. They did not leave the parts that they have claimed to change and when we called to have a look at the removed parts the owner stated that they threw them away and hung up the phone. We are planning to take them to court. Avoid them and save your money.

Hello Sam, We are very sorry for your bad experience. All of our technicians are certified technicians so your accusation on clueless technicians is incorrect. The technician came over to your house for the first time on January 6th. He diagnosed that the problem was with the heating element, and he placed an order for the part. He came back with the part on January 12th. He installed the part and showed you that the dryer was working. The next day you have called us again because it is not heating again. He came back again and replaced this part again with no charge, showed you that it was working, and explained to you that the only reason for this was a clog and you needed to clean the duct. He also explained to you that you should not use the dryer without calling a professional company that will clean the duct. The next day you called again, complaining that the dryer stopped heating again. The customer service manager asked you i you professionally cleaned the duct, you said you did. The customer service manager advised you that in order to proceed with the warranty that we give to all of our customers we will need the receipt for the duct cleaning. You said you will send it immediately. Unfortunately we still have not received it and, as explained, we cannot proceed with our warranty without that receipt. If you would like us to complete the warranty service, please email us the receipt for the duct cleaning and we will be happy to assist you further, with no cost for labor or parts.

    Dryer stoped drying!

I had tons of laundry this weekend, and suddenly, the dryer just stoped working!I had 5 loads ( big family ) and didnt know what to do. couldnt wait until Monday because weekend is the only time I can take care of these things. I called Service 4 Appliances ( after calling 4 more companies that were only booking for next Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) They sent a service man to my house within 5 hours. He was very professional and diagnozed and repaired the problem quickly and now im back to normal life. Thank you Service 4 Appliances!

    Washing machine repair

Without a recommendation but needing a quick repair, I called this company and got a next day appointment. Was told there would be an $80 home visit cost but $50 of that would go toward repair costs if the job was undertaken. Technician arrived very, very late (and granted, traffic is bad at times). The repair took less than 10 minutes. And we were outraged by the $250 charge (before tax)!! The technician said this was a standard cost of getting the job done; it was not related to labour time or difficulty of the job. The technician was skilled, but if you choose to use this company, I would recommend getting a firm and transparent quote before agreeing even to a home visit.

    replacing fridge compressor

i live in maple ontario. my kitchenaid fridge broke dowan, and i found service 4 appliances online. i booked an appointment and 4 hours later a technician was at my door step. he was very quick with diagnosing the problem and he fixed it right on the spot. i even compared the repair price with other companies and they were chipper. the thing that i liked the most was the fact that he didnt leave any mass behind and even cleaned behind my fridge before he pushed it back in!

I came back from work around 8pm, and found out that the fridge stopped working! I called a friend to help me out, and he recommended service 4 appliances. Non of my kids woke up, the guys were quiet and professional, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend that company to anybody and I will keep using their services!
