    Dryer Service

    This is my first experience having someone in to repair an appliance. When I made the appointment, I expected Rogers-like sevice, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Uri, arrived at the agreed on time. Uri completed the repair quickly, efficiently and more importantly, cleanly. I was very pleased to have Uri in my home and pleased that he discussed the costs up front and told me about other issues that may arise. I am pleased with the service I received from Service4Appliances and would very much reccommend Uri.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Called at 10:45, told they'd have someone with us between 1 and 4, they had someone at us before 3pm, he quickly ascertained and fixed our problem. His manner was very courteous and professional and straightforward. Would recommend them.

    LG Washing Machine Malfunction

    This is an emergency for our household and Service4Appliance responded within 24hrs. Services was professional and courteous and efficient. There was no attempt to cross sell or anything that some other providers may do. Highly recommended.

    Fridge Repair

    I called Service4Appliances when my fridge was not working. The technician Uri was very helpful. He quickly assessed what the problem was, and gave me an accurate estimate in terms of the cost to fix it.

    fridge repair

    Called 2 weeks ahead to reserve a Wed. AM and was called by them the night before to confirm which I did. Next day no show called at noon and was told oops? I blew 3 hours waiting and their response was to offer me a discount on the service I needed. Perhaps they don't understand there more repair shops than just them?

    Gas stove repair- 2 burners not igniting and oven intermittant heat

    Service was prompt and polite with on -site diagnosis and repair lasting 35 minutes. ('a worn igniter'). NO PARTS were required but charged $320 ! (this was inclusive of an $80 service fee) Cash was requested (personnel cheque was refused) then conceded to payment by VISA. Felt fee was out- of-line and would NOT reuse.

    Fridge repair

    I was very pleased with Uri from Service4appliances. He arrived on time and was very quick to diagnose and repair our refrigerator. Thank you for your courteous and prompt service. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

    Fridge Repair

    Uri came over from Service4appliances and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues I was having with my refridgerator. As well, he gave some extra advice for what to do in the future to avoid having a similar issue with the fridge. Great Service.

    Fridge repair

    I have used this service twice once for a dryer and now for my fridge. The service was quick and the serviceman was polite,professional and very knowledgeable. I would use this service again.

    Repair a Dryer

    Not happy with the service. After paying $280 for the repair, S4A has YET to resolve the issue and want us to pay for another service call ! Followed their customer service reps instructions, email the management, no reply! The dryer is doing the same thing as prior to the repair. Does their management care?

First off we would like to start by saying We NEVER charge a customer for service call if you go ahead wth the repair hense service call fee is waived, we also NEVER charge a customer a service call fee if we need to return to the customer unless we are dealing with a different appliance or a completley different issue then from before. In some cases we deal with appliances that are a bit on the older side meaning they probably will need more work. We take resposibilities for all of our actions and if we do something wrong we always do what we can to make it right again, however when an appliance fails to function and we did not do anything to cause the problem we charge the standard fee of a service call. There was most likely a miscommunication with you and our customer service rep. We hope you will reconsider your opinion of our company and we hope to hear from you if you ever have trouble with an appliance in the future. Regards Service 4 Appliances.
