    Fridge repair

    I called service4appliances after calling four other people listed on homestars and only getting voicemail. They had Uri come out within 40min. It was a little extra for the rush but they included the call out for free when I decided to use them. I needed to know if I needed a new fridge and Uri was able to give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision in just over an hour. He also showed me exactly what he had done. The part did take a while to come in (over a week). Once they contacted me and set up the appointment Uri came back with the part and had it installed in 30 min. All in all, I'm pleased with thier service and very pleased they sent someone so quickly the first day.

    Washer Appliance

    Please NEVER use this company. My washer was not working, it turns out that the problem was a simple lid switch. The guy that came round didn't have the part on him which I have since learned is one of the most common problem with these washers. He then just used some tape to "fix" the issue. This worked for three days. When I called back, they wanted to charge me another $355 to come back and do the job they should have done in the first place. I proceeded to call someone else and they fixed it fist time for $150. Even their so called customer service was awful, they didn't seem to care about the point I was making and that I would never use them again. They deserve every word of this negative review.

We would like to start of by saying that we apologize for the bad experience you claimed to have had with Service 4 appliances and to also state a few facts about our company. First and for most we ALWAYS mention to every client that in most cases our technicians do not carry parts on them. we have suppliers that we order parts from whenever nessecarry. the reason for that is simply becasue we can not return parts once the package has been opened, which is also why we mention to the customer that is in their best interest to have a proffessional do the diagnose to determine if in fact a part is needed at all, that way we can take responsibility if we did do something wrong. You can not expect a technician to open a new part and install it into your appliance without doing the diagnose and then to also take responsibilitiy if you were the one that did the diagnose and it was obviously wrong. When a technician does a proper diagnose and needs a part to complete the job we let the customer know in advance how much this part will cost so that the customer can still decide if its in his/her best interest to replace it, if the customer agrees we then proceed and order the nessecary part, once we receive the part we call the customer to set up a second appointment where the customer only pays the remaining balance. Every single company has different working methods and we truly believe that we are successfull to this day because we get the job done right. We would still like to thank you for your review, and hopefully in the future when needed you will try to use our services again. Regards Service 4 Appliances

    Dryer

    My wife had a mountain of laundry, and suddenly the dryer wasn’t heating anymore. It ran, but no heat. I called Service4appliances to book an appointment to have it looked at. Mike arrived on time, was very professional, diagnosed and repaired the problem with the dryer in under an hour. My wife is back in business finishing the laundry with a dryer that works. A happy wife is a happy life! The service Mike provided exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Mike to others as a very knowledgeable, polite and professional service technician. thanks Mike!

    washing machine

    When I booked service4appliances for my LG washing machine I told them that they would need to take off the dryer (stacked) and open it up It was leaking from the front. I had already had it looked at by two different repairmen. Service4appliance serviceman only examined hoses and said it would cost $320 to unstack and diagnose problem. They charged me $80 (plus tax) for something I already knew!

We always charge a service call fee of $80 +HST, we waive the service call fee charge once you decide you would like to proceed with the repair. What our technician was going to charge you the rest of the amount was to try and fix it without having to use any parts seeing is how replacing a part is always more expensive. only afer a technician completes the full diagnose can he know for sure if the appliance can function properly without replacing any parts, which is why we mentioned to you that in some cases there can be extra charges for labor and diagnose. if he would have repaired it without parts you would have paid the same amount, We work hard to provide excellent service and we do our best to please everyone but it is obviously impossible. We hope you will think about the stuation a bit and reconsider your opinion about our company. Regards Service 4 Appliances.

    Fridge Repair

    Repaired our fridge in under an hour! polite and informative. We found it slightly expensive (we are first time homebuyers and still learning) BUT they are the only company we were able to find that worked evenings and weekends!

    dishwasher repair

    My Bosch dishwasher was out of service so I called a repair service that looks after Bosch appliances. A technician, Uri, arrived from Service4Appliances. Uri found the broken part and ordered it. Uri was very friendly, answered all my questions, installed the new part the next week and my dishwasher is working like a charm. Uri offered a membership program should I need further service on any of my appliances. Thank you for such prompt and professional service, I have the telephone # on my refrigerator. It is a good feeling knowing that I have a repair service a my fingertips. Thank you Uri

    Washing machine repair

    My washing machine jumped out of the cupboard and needed repairs. The company was willing to come on a Sunday at no extra charge. Uri, The serviceman was on time and provided excellent service.

    Dishwasher not draining

    I called the company yesterday and had the service man, Uri come the next day. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The dishwasher is now repaired. I was happy with the service received.

    Dryer Repair

    Very fast, efficient service. Friendly, knowlegable technician. Second time they have done an appliance repair at our home. I would use them again and recommend them to others in need of appliance repairs..

    Washer repair

    I called the company out of the phone book and found they could come quickly which was a plus (others said it would be weeks for a booking). The quote was provided but the work turned out to take less time than it could have, I was disappointed that the price wasn't reduced.
