    fix fridge

    Your service guy URI was on time, professional, and solved my problem! Seems like no one in the service business these days is ever on time or as helpful and polite and effecient as this young man. Service exceeded my expectations though admittedly there's a low bar in your industry.

    LG Front Loader

    Uriel came to fix our washing machine earlier in the day. He was very professional, efficient and personable. He is a great representative for any company. The machine was fixed quickly and I am one happy customer.

    LG Dishwasher

    To make a long story short, the technician Roman came in to fix a blockage and in the end he burnt the mother board and wanted me to pay $775 plus HST. I contacted LG directly and was advised that this company is not even licenced to repair LG products, yet they claim they can. LG trains all their licenced technicians. Needlesstosay, will be pursuing in SCC courts as I am now out of a very expensive dishwasher!

    Refridgerator and washing machine

    The service was friendly, clean and efficient. I will definitely call your company again if I need any other service for my appliances. I thank both Idan Vidoser and Kevin. Joy Gamble

    Fix LG Tromm Front Loader Washing Machine.

    We had a drainage problem with our washing machine. Error Code OE Mike did a great job and Showed up earlier than scheduled. He opened up the internals and by process and elimination the problem was resolved inless than an hour. Rx: removed the obstruction - small plastic broken poker chip. What a relief. Now I'm ready to do laundry! Yeah!

    Bosch dishwasher repair

    Called this company to repair my dishwasher. The repair man charged me $240 to take it apart, and then told me it was not covered under warranty, new part would be $600 + labour and it was not worth repairing. I called Bosch directly- was told the part is only $150, and is covered under warranty. I contacted service4appliance to let them know the discrepancy and they never addressed the issue or followed up with me.

    Washer

    Uri came earlier then expected to service my washing machine. He was very patient and hard at work trying to figure out the issue with the drainage of the washing machine. After some time, he found a piece of material that was blocking the drainage. He then quickly reassembled the machine and its working like new!!! Thanks Uri!! ______________________________________ This review was done prior to the troubles I had with Service4 appliances. I'm sure that not all the technicians that work with this company have bad intentions but personally, I did not appreciate the service and will most probably not be using this company again.

    Repair to a GE STove

    SErvice man arrived on time and was professional. He wa able to fix the stove without replacing any major parts and did a good job in explaining the repair. I would use this compnay again.

    Ice Maker Problem

    Water overflowed from my ice maker and damaged by basement roof and floor. Insurance had to come in and replace my losses. Technician came and identified my fridge problem. I disconnet my ice makeer. The service from Mike was excellent as he answered all our questions and fears. Thank you Mike

    Dryer Repair

    Service for Appliances was awesome on their first visit. They were actually early and the quality was fantastic. They were clean, courteous, on time and honest. We would definitely use service4appliances again.
