Learn my lesson the expensive way, spent $870 but oven still NOT fix. Technician Mike came and check the oven, was told service charge and labour fees are flat rate $280. So it wasn't the $80 that they mentioned on their website at all. I was told 99% will be the problem of the spark module and the part cost another $500. Believing that he is an professional and has fixed at least 4,5 same model ovens with similar problems....also with the 99% chance that he can fix it, I went ahead with the repairing. Waited for 2 weeks, Mike came again and installed the part....and guess what.....oven still not working need to order another part which will cost another $500!!! But this time he wasn't sure if that will fix the problem or not and might need to order more parts. He doesn't know what the real problem was and just use my money to test the water trying my luck!! Just read more comments below, they are not to be trusted at all!! If they can really fix your appliances it's sure is your super lucky day. Completely ripp-off and unprofessional service, stay away from this company!!

We were told that it was $80 to come out and diagnose the problem. The technician told us that it was the motherboard, so we said to go ahead with the repair, which he did. He than said that it wasn't the motherboard after all, but we needed a new drain pump. But still charged us for the motherboard repair! We had to pay $280 for the wrong diagnosis! I read the same story in these reviews at least 20 times of this bait and switch! How long can they deceive people like this before there is some kind of legal action against them?

DO NOT HIRE THEM! I called them to fix my broken washer and was told it would cost $80 for them to come out and assess the problem and they would then deduct the $80 from the repair cost. When the repairman showed up he gave me an initial diagnosis of a problem and said it would be $280 to repair it and he could fix it on the spot. I told him to go ahead and while he was working on the machine he told me that what he originally thought was the problem wasn't and that it was something else which required a part. The part and labour would cost $320. They still charged me the $280 and when we tried to fight them they wouldn't list and we couldn't get our money back. Now we are buying a new machine. We have since seen all of the other reviews on this site and see that they are playing the same game with everyone. I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are disputing our charge through our credit card company.

I was told it would be $80.00 to have someone look at my dryer. The "technichian" showed up outside of the hours that we quoted and told me that the costs for any parts would have to be paid in cash. He then told me that the thermostat was broken and it was going to cost me $170.00 IN CASH PLUS TAXES to fix. I told him to leave it as I would be buying a new dryer anyways, and he then said that i owed him $316 for labour. He was in my home for less than 5 minutes and said he wouldn't leave until i paid him. I paid simply to have him out of my home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Called this company to repair 2 appliances- dishwasher was leaking and bottom refrigerator freezer had continuous water build up. Technician couldn't find anything wrong with the dishwasher but he cleaned and levelled (?) it and charged us $80. Unfortunately I couldn't open the latch when he was done! Thankfully I noticed this and he apparently fixed the problem, but the latch has never been this difficult to open! He replaced the thermostat in the freezer. Both appliances are working (although the dishwasher latch still sticks) and a plastic piece in the freezer came off within a week... because he broke the piece when trying to reinstall it and put it on with 2 pieces of duct tape. I called customer service 3 times and finally spoke to a gum chomping person who denied both problems. ? We had to email a picture of the broke piece to them before they finally acknowledged a problem. They agreed to fix the problem, ordered a new part and also said they would rectify the problem with the dishwasher latch. A week later, the same technician shows up, still denies that he broke anything, replaced the freezer part and left before checking the dishwasher latch. Two days later, the same part has fallen off the freezer. I was told I have to file a "warranty" issue online with the company, which I did... but this time I was adamant that they send a different technician, one who knows how to install the part the first guy broke. They told me that in order to do this, it is going to cost another $80 for a service call. Seriously? Their guy breaks a piece off of my freezer and I have to pay $80 for them to send someone out to fix it. I have written to Global News (Consumer SOS) to see what they can do and am in the process of making a claim through my credit card company and in do so I checked with the Better Business Bureau. Guess what... 70+ complaints against the company and all of them for exactly the same comments posted here! My advice - DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! EVER!

Very courteous, friendly, and i would recommend this company to anyone. My microwave is a very expensive microwave, i only had it for a year and it had stopped heating. They fixed right away.

Mike , the serviceman , arrived on time .He quickly resolved the problem and the dishwasher was repaired within 45 minutes of his arrival . I would not hesitate to recommend your company especially if all your personnel are as efficient as Mike .

I was charged 319 dollars to "repair" my dryer. the guy claimed it was repaired and after he left it never worked. This company will not give me a refund and hangs up on us when we call them. Do not hire this company.

Rep arrived based on our request to a dryer not blowing heat. My wife let him in and he quoted us the cost to replace the broken part. My wife then left for work and the rep completed the job with the dryer functioning. We were then charged a labour rate of $280 dollars for replacing the broken part. The rep was onsite at our home for 45 minutes total. I called Susan the Customer Service manager who stated that the reps never do work without approval first for labour and parts. We never gave approval for labour... just the parts as we were told right away it was going to be $190 for the parts. Susan basically called us a lyers and said that they never do work without quoting everything. Be very very careful with this company.

Our dishwasher broke down. The technician came on Friday afternoon, seemed in too much of a hurry to leave. His diagnosis: Samsung dishwasher is a piece of garbage, the whole front door panel mainboard needs to be replaced and some other problem. His advice: throw it out and buy a new one, he got paid his fee for his two minutes staying. We got a second opinion the next day from another company, the problem was drain pump needed to be replaced. Complete ripp-off and unprofessional, very rude customer service also. We will never use thiis company's services again and won't recommend it to anyone.
