Dryer was hot but no longer spinning, called Atiar. He showed up quickly and promptly examined the dryer and fixed the issue. Dryer is working great now. Very much appreciate the helpful service. Call Atair ! thanks, Luke

Professional, polite and timely. I had an issue with my fridge in a recently purchased condo, I called and they came right away. Atiar was honest in that it was not worth repairing and advised me to just get a new fridge. And he wrote up a good quote/description so that I was able to go after the seller and get $$ for a new fridge. They won't try to sell you a fix that won't work or last. They also have super reasonable fees compared to other places. I also had some issues with my dishwasher and Atair made some recommendations over the phone. I referred a few friends to them and they have been happy as well.

The heating element in my dryer was broken and needed to be replaced. Atiar was courteous and professional from start to finish. He was punctual, knowledgeable and reasonably-priced. I would have no issues recommending him to anyone who needs service for their appliances. Thanks, Atiiar!

Our dishwasher was broken and refrigerator need servicing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon, expecting to only be able to make an appointment the following week. The service technician was able to come that same evening around 7:30 pm. Atiar assessed the problem, provided me options and made recommendations. I was able to save hundreds of dollars, because of his professional advice. In 1.5 hrs. everything was fixed and everything was left clean and working. Perfect service call!

The ignition in our gas oven had burnt out. I called High Tech Appliance Service and Atiar was able to come out that same evening. He is professional, honest, and courteous. He clearly explained what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly. The actual cost of the repair was in line with his quote. I will definitely call Atiar for all my future appliance repairs.

My dryer was making a grinding noise every time I switched it on. YouTube videos teach you the DIY fix but I wasn't ready to take it on without all the tools. I called Atiar on a Sunday morning and he promised to stop by in 2 hrs. He asked me about the problem and gave me an approximate quote over the phone. When he arrived he was ready with new parts ; he explained his work as he went along and fixed the problem in about 30mins. I will use him again should I ever have the need for an appliance repair tech.

I contacted Atiar for service, he was very responsive, ordered the part for us based on the error code and attended as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately the part didn't resolve the issue, Atiar followed up after researching and gave us honest advice that we should call the manufacturer as it will be cheaper to replace the control panel through them than him. He didn't want to be paid for his time or the part for not being able to repair the stove successfully, which was unexpected, we settled on a fair amount for his time. I appreciate his honesty and advice vs. charge us an unnecessary cost for the control panel. Will definitely call Atiar the next time one of our crappy Kitchenaid appliances break!

Great service! Our stove was broken and after answering our call right away on Saturday afternoon, an hour later Atiar arrived at our house, and a half hour later we had it back up and running. Very friendly, helpful service and will definitely call back for any future issues we experience.

Great experience. available same day, in a few hours, gave only two hour window (instead of all afternoon!) and called half hour before arriving. Professional, efficient, and very courteous. A pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone!
