Excellent service! Atiar was home in 3 hours from the time I made the call; he found the problem in 10 minutes and repaired it within half an hour. At all times, he was very professional. Gave me an excellent rate at the end too. Thank you.

We called Atiar and he was at our home within a few hours. He installed a new heating element which he brought with him. He was fast, polite and a very likeable guy who knows his business very well. I would highly recommend him. We could not be happier.

My washing machine was stopping mid-cycle on New Year's Day. I called Atiar since he repaired my dryer a couple of years ago and did a great job. I sent a query to Atiar on New Year's Day, expecting a response the next day, but he responded to me in just a few hours. We set-up an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. When I mentioned some other issues with the washing machine, he opened it up and thoroughly looked into it. He advised that he could fix the issues but he would likely be showing up in 5-6 months to fix a major issue. He recommended it would be more economical to put the monies towards a new washing machine, rather than repair this one. I fully appreciated Atiar's honesty. Other repair technicians may have taken advantage of this situation but Atiar did not. If you would like to have an appliance technician with integrity, with a focus on customer service, then please call Atiar.

Atiar was super professional and came within 30 mins to fix a clog in our washer. He asked us a few questions before the visit so he was able to provide an exact quote. He was super nIce and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

Called High Tech at 9am because my washer wouldn't start the cycle. They gave me a time slot within the day and showed up on time. Atiar was curteous and knowledgable, quickly disagnosed the problem and unlocked the control board. Their service call cost was reasonable, combined with the quality service, I would definitely recommend them!

Twas the night before the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a cookie was baking, not even a shortbread. I pulled out the stove to see what was the matter. Checking and prodding ended in clatter............. Went on to HomeStars to find a pro and was most delighted to find High Tech Appliance. This great company came the same day and had me back in business for the Christmas Eve dinner. Small company, very professional and genuinely nice people. Highly recommended. Will use them for all my future catastrophes.

Atiar fixed our oven two days before Christmas! We are so grateful. He was diligent, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repaired. After a very negative experience working with Toronto Appliances Service (the company recommended by Kitchen Aid customer support), my husband and I decided to contact Atiar at Hightech after reading about him on HomeStars. He returned our call quickly and came to the house at the appointed time. He clearly communicated his plan of action and worked diligently to fix the oven. He asked for a drop cloth so as not to damage the floor when pulling the oven away from the wall. He even vacuumed the top of the oven when it was opened up. He guaranteed his work for 90 days and reassured us that if the repair didn't work, he would replace the control board but not charge us for his labour. That is pretty hard to beat! The oven now works beautifully! We'll definitely call Atiar next time one of our appliances needs a repair.

Bosch washer needed repair after failing to start. We thought we will have to purchase a new one as it seemed getting the part (the motor) was difficult. We called High Tech Appliance Service and they dispatched somebody who was able to source the part and install it the next day. It is not the first time we call them and we plan to call them from any appliance issues we got considering they always do the job properly and on time.

I called Atiar at 2:20pm on a Sunday afternoon for a potential fridge repair. He showed up 10 minutes later...he just happened to be en route...but still surprisingly prompt. He was pleasant, friendly and fixed the fridge in under 20 mins. Can't beat that level of service these days and I am very happy to support local Scarborough businesses. I highly recommend.
