Called on a Sunday afternoon regarding a 15 year old Whirlpool Thin Twin washer that wasn't going into the spin cycle and therefore not draining. Atiar came over a couple of hours after I called and immediately diagnosed the problem. A new switch was installed. I then mentioned that the gas stove was not igniting properly. He went out to the truck and had a new part installed in a few minutes. In about one hour, two major appliances repaired. Super nice guy. A pleasure to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend High Tech Appliance Service for home appliance repair.

Called and spoke with Atiar. He came the same day and fixed our dryer that was shrieking like a banshee! All I can say is ... Fast, excellent, quality service, and highly recommended! And a nice guy too!

This company is well-run and provides exceptional service. They have installed our dishwasher and repaired our washing machines. They were very punctual, provide timely service, have amazing hours, and I have had no problems with either repair/installation. All employees that I have dealt with have been extremely polite and reasonable. They deserve more business!

Excellent service provided by Atier from High Tech Appliance. I had an issue with my dryer and Atier agreed to take a look at the issue right away on a Sunday evening on a long weekend. He had the right parts and the issue was resolved in an hour. Atier also noticed other issues in the dryer vent and helped me fix it right away and provided good tips. I will definitely call High Tech Appliance for any appliance service.

I called with a potentially expensive service call. They triaged over the phone and advised us not to waste any money on them, but rather to check for an extended warranty with GE and if not replace the washer.

We had our washer stop draining on a Saturday morning. After finding Hightech Aplliance (via Homestars), Atiar agreed to see us later in the afternoon and even attempted to arrive early to repair the machine (unfortunately we were not home). When he arrived he was courteous and polite. He identified the problem quickly (broken drain pump) and repaired it iimmediately. The washer was fixed in no time- with a 30 day guarantee. Hopefully we won't encounter any more issues- but if we do, I will be calling Atiar again. I could not recommend him more.

I called High Tech Saturday morning when I found my prayer broken and HUGE pile of laundry eating to be done. They were at my house by early afternoon and out the door, with the dryer totally back to normal, within 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service.

So my fridge had been leaking from the freezer down into the fridge and I was cleaning it out every couple of weeks. First I called whirlpool where I waited about 10 minutes to even talk to someone. Then they said that they wanted 90 bucks plus taxes just to come for the service call and whatever repairs and parts would be require would be extra, and they couldnt come for a few days. Then I went on homestars and called Atiar. He was at my place within hours. service call was only 70 bucks and then included in the cost of the repair. He did a great job, explainded what the issues were and what needed to be done to fix them, and then he helped with another issue I had. He is a genuine good person and I will recommend him to friends and family

Atair is a professional who cares about his customers and his reputation. A rare and true find in this day and age. He responded to my call later in the evening (unexpected, but very much appreciated) he accommodated my schedule the next day. The repair took him about an hour and a half and he charged the price he quoted, even though he did some extra checking and maintenance. Given the price of the part, I found Atair's price is fair and his work ethics are commendable. Thank you very much, I will be sure to recommend your services to others.

It was Sunday afternoon and I needed a washing machine repair quickly for a tenant. Atiar answered the call and was able to fit an appointment in that very evening. He was able to fix the washer within a couple of hours, and even took a picture to show me some items that were lodged inside the drainage pump since I wasn't there onsite to see it for myself. Great first impression. I wouldn't hesitate to call Atiar again for future appliance repair needs.
