Had a broken pump on my dishwasher and Atiar was awesome. I appreciate the clear communication and when he came to do the repair he was prompt, clean and super polite. He was happy to answer all of our questions and show us what he was doing. Definitely using this company for any future repairs or issues.

Excellent. Same day service. Arrived on time. Completed the job in 20 minutes. Knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and gave me a very reasonable quote. No miscommunication, no stories, no add-ons. Honest! Honest! honest! What a change for once. Very polite. Felt very comfortable inviting him inside my house.

Our Whirlpool gas dryer stopped producing heat a week ago. Being that it was a very old unit, we decided to purchase a new one instead of having it repaired. I left messages with a few companies here on Homestars - all of them top rated companies with 9.9 or 10. Some responded turning down the job because of location. One or two did not reply. High Tech replied through the owner Atiar that he could provide the service, He came on the day agreed and disconnected the old dryer as well as installed the new one. He is very proficient, works fast and is a very pleasant person to talk to. I would hire him again if needed and recommend his service to any friend that might need an appliance repair. We called Mr. Rahman from Hightech Appliance Service in to 2010 once to repair our dishwasher and later to connect the ice maker for our new fridge when we lived in North York ,now we live in Mississauga and we still call him for our Appliance services. The job is perfect the price is right and most important the service is impeccable .Have and will recommend him to all my friends and family members.Thank you sir.

Atiar was courteous and efficient on the telephone and offered a selection of appointment times. He called ahead on the day of the appointment and arrived right on time. The problem turned out to be quite minor, so he reduced his fee accordingly, which seemed very fair to me. Problem fixed quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and will certainly call Hightech for any future appliance issues.

Technician came within earlier than the time expected. Refrigerator works fantastic and technician was very friendly and professional. Strongly recommend him. If I need an appliance to be repaired definitely give this company a call.

Called Atiar and happy to get appointment for the same day to fix defrost issue with fridge. Atiar is very professional, explains clearly what needs to be done and is very thorough.
