My Whirlpool Thin Twin washer was getting stuck in the rinse/agitation cycle and not moving onto the spin cycle. I did some quick research and read some great reviews about this company. One review looked very similar to my problem, which sealed the deal. After a short call, the technician arrived within an hour or so. The problem was diagnosed in minutes and the repair took about 30 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional. The price was very fair and I would use High Tech Appliance Service again.

I'm a homeowner in Leslieville. When we contacted Hightech Appliance Services, the serviceman was prompt (calling in advance before arrival at the agreed-upon time), courteous, efficient and professional in his assessment and repair, and offered useful advice on maintenance and care. I would definitely use Hightech Appliance Service again for my repair needs.

My Whirlpool SlimTwin washer was broken- would not drain. Atiar was here within a hour of being called and had the machine fixed within 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I am located in downtown Toronto, but that was not a problem for him. He is fast and professional - highly recommended.

Had a drainage problem at 10am Sunday, Called Atiar and he arrived around 2pm, fixed the problem in 20min, very good service and provided great advice to prevent future drainage problem.

One evening our dryer stopped working - the motor was still running, but the basket wouldn't turn anymore. It was hard to find a time during the week to get someone in to look at it, but when I called High Tech Appliance Service they came over that same day (on a weekend!) to fix my dryer. They originally quoted me a price of $220 assuming I would need to replace the belt, but when they looked at the machine and saw the belt had just slipped off, they fixed it immediately and only charged me $100 for the labour. It's great to have honest people around to help you when you need it - thank you!!

Ariar fixed both my dryer (fuse) and my oven (igniter) within the last several months. Both times, Atiar came within an hour or two of my call and made the repair in less than an hour each time. He worked very tidy and was very reasonable priced. He zeroed in on the problem very quickly and was focussed and efficient. I have had no issues with either appliance since the repair was made. I will definitely continue to call Atiar as I consider him very trustworthy and pleasant to deal with.

My 5 years old Haier brand dishwasher was not turning on as it was not probably closing its door properly. I checked but could not figure out the reason. I called High Tech as they have worked for my refrigerator few years back and I was very happy for there service. Last evening Mr Anwar from High Tech came to fix my Dishwasher and in 15 minutes he is done.

My kids were opening the fridge door and it came off. This was the 2nd time it happened. I was away when it happened but my wife informed me of the incident. I immediately searched on the Internet via Homestars and called 2 other companies - one did not return my call and the other could only send someone 2 days later. When I saw the good reviews of Hightech Appliance, I visited their website and sent them an email on an early Sunday morning. Minutes later, my cellphone rang and it was Athiar saying he can come visit me in half an hour. I knew his business hours on Sunday do not start at 10AM so wondered why he answered my call. He said the moment he read I had kids, he felt compelled to come asap as he had another call at 10AM. This just shows how dedicated he is. Suffice to say, my fridge door is back on, thanks to Athiar. For sure, he'll be on my contact list from now on.
