    Fridge Repair

    On a Saturday, I discovered my fridge was running too warm. Based on reviews, I called High Tech to book an appointment. While Atiar could not accommodate me that day - he was able to fit me in Sunday evening! Within an hour the problem was explained and solved. Not disappointed at all with the service and the reviews were right.

    Dryer repair

    We have used Atiar's service now twice and he has been fast, friendly reliable, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone! Parts were ordered quickly and service was provided promptly.

    Washer repair

    We are a family of 4 with 2 boys that go through clothes like tissue paper. So when our washing machine "died" without explanation - my only option appeared buying a new one - which was upsetting considering my current machine is only 3 years old. In speaking to a friend he recommended HomeStars. After calling a few numbers and getting holiday messages - I called High Tech. Atiar picked up on the 2nd ring and was very courteous and listened to my issue and explained that while he couldn't come to Mississauga during the weekdays - he'd try and fit me in on a Sunday afternoon. He called Sunday morning to confirm and arrive promptly at 1PM. In addition to repairing the wires to my display console he performed a wash and a spin cycle to ensure my machine was fully operational. He even said I could call him if I thought there was still an issue - thankfully I haven't had too!!! Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars Atiar. I would personally recommend High Tech Appliance Service.

    Dryer Repair

    Our dryer stopped working on the Saturday of a long weekend. Within an hour of calling, someone was at our house fixing our dryer and it was working again in an hour and a half. Thankfully they had the part we needed in stock. Amazingly, we were NOT charged a premium for same day service/service on a long weekend. The price was very fair and much lower than the other repair people I called (who did not have the part in stock). We are so thankful and would use High Tech again. We highly recommend them!!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Washing machine broke Sunday night. Called High Tech on Monday morning and Atair scheduled a service call for the same day AND in the evening (to accommodate my schedule). He assessed the problem and came back on Wednesday evening (again, to accommodate my schedule) to finish the repair after he got the necessary part. Atair's quotes are fair and he sticks by them. Both times, he called to confirm that he was on his way (during the early part of the 2 hour time slot he set aside for us). Atair is professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He excels in customer service. I would use Atiar again and would recommend him to family and friends.

    Fridge Repair

    Atiar is a true professional. I told him over the phone what was wrong with my fridge and what I had tried myself. He quoted me over the phone how much it would cost. He came the next day and took me through the problem and how he would fix it. He is very serious about customer satisfaction and doing a good job. I would recommend Atiar and High Tech Appliance Service to everyone!

    Dishwasher, Dryer

    I had Atiar come over twice in the past week to help fix a leak with my dishwasher and replace a motor for my dryer. His service was friendly, prompt, and excellent. His quotes for the work were very clear, upfront, and accurate, no hidden charges or fees. Both my appliances are now working like new again. Would highly recommend his service for myself in the future and for any one who asks me for an appliance repair recommendation.

    dishwasher repair

    amazing service, great communication, very punctual and a fair price in my opinion. I tried calling a few other places first and they all quoted more than I was charged for this pain free solution. Thanks

    High Tech Appliance Service

    Can't say enough good things! I had a dishwasher repair to do. My first home visit (Amir was punctual, friendly and professional)) was for the assessment and then a second visit for the repair. Provided very helpful advice. What a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you! You made such a difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Washer Clogged

    Washer wasn't working and called High Tech. Technician was sent out 2 hours after the call and he fixed our washer in under 30 minutes. Turning out it was clogged and he clean it all up.
