    Whirlpool Refrigerator

    I jumped on google and found that High Tech Appliance had several positive reviews so I gave them a call. It was a Saturday afternoon so I thought I may have to pay a premium for a weekend service call. Spoke with Atir and he advised that the call rate was $60 and he would come in the evening no problem between 8pm and 9pm. I was satisfied with this. He called back about an hour later and said he had an opening between 6pm and 7pm, so I thought great! When he arrived he said he had experienced the same issue with a few other units in my building that I assume all have the same appliances. He said the part was somewhat expensive (Jazz Control Board) but the installation was fairly quick. He had the part with him and the fridge was up and running in less than a half hour. I would recommend this repair company as they answer the phone, tell you up front what the cost will be and no surprises along the way.

    Service

    Very honest guy. Returned my money when I asked for a job not to be done even though he made the house call. I would recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair!

    Washer repair

    I called High Tech for help with my leaky washer and my call was returned within 2 hours. An appt was booked for the next day and within the 2 hour window, Atiar called to confirm he was on his way. He was very polite, courteous and explained what he was going to do and what the remedy was. I would not hesitate to call on High Tech again if I need any more help with ANY of my appliances.

    Gas stove repair

    We are very happy with the service from High Tech Appliance Service. My gas stove doesn't work well, so I wanted to fix the before cold season comes. Atiar is very professional and friendly. Within 30min, the problem was explained and solved. I highly recommend this company !!

    Dishwasher

    I highly recommend this company. After battling with another company for over a week I called Atiar at High Tech Appliance. He checked inventory for a replacement part and sent a repairman out the same day! They were courteous, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

    Dryer Repair

    We are extremely happy with the service from High Tech Appliance Service. Atiar Rahman, the owner, was very accommodating and professional. Our dryer was making a squeaking/squealing noise and Atiar was able to quickly identify the issue and solution upfront. He accommodated our schedule and was able to schedule us in right away. We will definitely use High Tech Appliance Service again for any issues we may have with our appliances and recommend this company to all.

    Fridge Repair

    Atiar came on a holiday Sunday to look at my fridge which was not working. He looked at the fridge & 5 minutes later he diagnosed the problem. He said he would order the part & be back in two days to repair the problem since the Monday was a holiday. He also expediated the repair because I had a toddler at home. Two days later he returned & the fridge was repaired. That was in May 2014. The fridge is working perfectly 3 months later.

    Frigidaire top mount refrigerator

    If you need an appliance repaired, Mr. Atiar, is your man. We had water leaking from our Frigidaire top mount refrigerator for a few months. The problem was definitely getting worse with water freezing in the freezer and then spilling onto the floor. He showed up within 45 Minute of our phone call and was able to repair my refrigerator by replacing few parts on the spot . He was extremely professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend his services to others for his top-notch honesty and integrity.

    dryer repair

    The excellent reviews I read on-line were absolutely correct. Hightech Appliance Service was a pleasure to deal with. Atiar came out the next day, swiftly assessed the problem, ordered the part required and installed it a few days later. Atiar was not only polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, but very reasonable re the costs charged for the service call and repair work done. I would definitely call this company again for any future appliance repairs.

    Dryer Repair

    On Saturday evening, our dryer stopped working. With 2 young boys, we have a full load of laundry to do at any given time! On Sunday morning, we began calling repair services, and Atiar was the only one who immediately responded and committed to coming out to investigate on Sunday evening. This already impressed us, as we didn't think anyone would come out on Sunday evening - especially at no extra charge. Sure enough, Atiar arrived early and thoroughly investigated and helped us solve our dryer issue. His expertise was clearly evident and he was meticulous with his work and clean-up. We were so impressed with his professionalism, practical advice on how to address the problem and his friendly approach made it easy to have him working around the house. Very impressed and he'll absolutely be our first call for anything that comes-up with our appliances! We've already started recommending him to friends and colleagues because it was just such a positive experience for us, which is rare in the service industry. When you find your 'repair guy,' it's a great thing! Most appreciated - thank you Atiar.
