    Dryer repair

    Called High Tech for a dryer repair. Atiar answered our call right away. Excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional and very thorough with his work. We would definitely recommend High Tech.

    Dishwasher leak

    I called the company Friday afternoon and asked for next day service. Atiar was very helpful both over the phone and on spot. He came well prepared and effectively addressed the issue. He is a friendly person and does not overcharge his customers. The service is highly recommended.

    Leaking GE laundry machine

    My GE washing machine was leaking and I call High Tech Appliance Service and the technician came within 1/2 hour to assess the problem. The water pump had to be replaced and he scheduled to return the following day. The service was done on schedule. He also ensured that the work area was clean and dry after the job was done. I would highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service for appliance repairs.

    Washer Repair

    I called HTAS to repair my broken GE digital front loader washing machine. Atiar was able to come a few hours later to take a look and came back again the next day with replacement parts. After installing those and running tests, he determined that the problem was with the control panel and was very honest about the high cost of replacing that part. He did not charge me for the replacement parts that he had purchased, and only charged me for one service call (for two visits) after spending quite a few hours trying to salvage the machine. He felt really terrible that he wasn't able to fix it without replacing the expensive control panel! He was extremely nice, polite and prompt, and I appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Should we have another appliance breakdown, I'll definitely call High Tech again.

    My Washing machine stopped completely...

    I contacted High Tech Appliance Service this evening and Atiar was here an hour later - with a replacement for the faulty part, since I had told him the error code showing up on my washer. He is professional, up-front and efficient, and I will gladly re-engage him if I need more appliance repairs. He provides the 30-day guarantee as well, as mentioned by other customers here, so I am really glad of my choice for repairing my washer.

    Dishwasher Not Performing Well

    Noticed that dishwasher was not cleaning as well as it had in the past. Called on a Sunday at 9 am and Atiar was in my kitchen inspecting the dishwasher at 11:30 am that same morning. Was fortunate that minor operation change was required rather than expensive replacement repairs or part replacements. Atiar reviewed all aspects of the cycle and assured me that with some process changes that the appliance should run fine. Further explained that if I was still not satisfied that he would return in the next 30 days if required. Very pleased with Atiar's prompt attention and exemplary customer service. I would strongly recommend him to anyone experiencing difficulties with their household appliances.

    Samsung dryer repair

    My 4 year old Samsung electric dryer stopped heating. I caller HT Appliance Service on Friday evening. The technician came Saturday morning and diagnosed quickly, went and got the part (heating element) and then replaced it. The technician was very knowledgeable and worked very quickly. Highly recommended.

    Microwave oven

    I called up in the morning to get my 8-year-old microwave working again. I was provided an arrival time, which was kept (a nice departure from what usually happens for service calls). The repairman was polite, well-organized, clear. Within a half-hour he had diagnosed the problem, demonstrated the faulty micro-switch, replaced it, and provided me with a 6-day warranty on a used micro-switch replacement (for which I was not charged). I was charged only for labour. I was promised that if the replaced part failed within 60 days, it would be replaced with a new one with a charge of $25. I discovered that my technician has a mechanical engineering background--and it showed in his professional and efficient manner.

    Change washer door seal/bello/boot

    Called a few places and Atiar is the only one that picked up. He was at our home about 1 hour later replacing the part. He took just under an hour, was exactly on time, replaced the part and gave us a 30 day warranty as well. Very courteous, great price, great service, would not hesitate to call him again.

    Dishwasher / Stove Repair

    Atiar was extremely professional, showed up exactly on time. He gave me a straight and honest answer that the dishwasher is beyond repair and I should get a new one. He also advised to get rid of my stove as its electronics were fried and it would cost more to repair. He offered to deduct his visit charges if I call him again to install new appliances. I like his straight forwardness.
