    Great work, Competitive Price, Quick and Friendly

    After seeing largest icicles ever in 2020-2021 winter I knew insulation was no good. Went to check and saw mould. First quote I got form someone else was 3K. Others had competitive numbers. Either close or slightly more. Kay, whom answered my e-mail was quick to respond and very pleasant. They answered all my questions without any issues. I was able to book quickly, within a few days of my call. 2 People showed up at 7am, as expected. Work was done in around an hour. (700 square foot attic space). They provided before and after pictures for my evidence. They provided recommendations to have some one else look in to in order to prevent more mould in the future. The two people who came to perform the work were nice, friendly, courteous. They took their boots off at the door without being asked, no mess was left over. I paid at my front door. Hopefully I never have a mould problem again, but if I do, this is the company I would use.

    Mold removal

    Charles was super responsive by phone, text and email and quickly dealt with removing mold in our basement. He and his crew were efficient and professional. We were very happy with the work.

    bye bye mold

    During an attic check I was advised to have professional come and look at some dark spots. The mold guy crew was prompt, professional, and very thorough with what they did. No more mold.

    Mold Removal and Repair

    Residential Mold

    We were concerned about possibly non visible mold. Just to be on the safe side and a peace of mind it was very important for us to know that we are living in a good healthy environment and breathing non toxic particles. Dyne certify mold specialist (his name is Drove) was very knowledgeable and most importantly was able to explain the procedure and answering all are questions. Very professional service. Very happy with their service and level of professionalism. In the end all worked out and we have normal air quality, but happy to have peace of mind so it was worth it. Thank you Drove.

    Testing old flooring for asbestos

    The Mold Guys were extremely quick to respond to my request to test for asbestos in some old flooring that we are looking to remove. Their inspector (Drove) came to the house the same day and collected a sample of the flooring to send to the lab. He said we'd receive the results in a couple of days. Two days later we received the results via email, and I'm happy to say that the lab test determined that there is no asbestos in the flooring. Thanks Mold Guys!

    Attic Mold Removal

    We found the presence of a mold stain behind a box that was placed too close to the ceiling, and we thought it came from moisture in the attic. We called The Mold Guy and from there, everything was simple. I quickly got some advice from the lady over the phone, she was able to give me a quote over the phone and she set an appointment for the very next day. The techs showed up on time, were professional and respectful and fully cleaned the attic mold in a couple hours. They were also able to confirm that the mold stain on the ceiling was only surface mold and promptly cleaned it for us. Overall a pleasant experience, would recommend!
