    Roof mould/visual inspection

    I was told that there is mould/fungus in my attic and I was worried about it. I had earlier called someone else for review but they could not advise me properly. Then I called Mould Guy. They were very courteous and had send Ross to our place. He did a very good job. He checked our attic and advised that there was no mold in our attic so we saved atleast $1500 to $1600.     Professional & Honest Service for Mold Testing

    I needed to have an air quality test done on a property to address some concerns we had. I'm happy with the service conducted from beginning to finish. Based on my experience, I trust Ross/The Mold Guy to be thorough and honest in the future should I need them again. Thanks!

    Attic Mold Removal

    I would have never expected to find some enjoyment out of mold removal, but thanks to the Mold Guy team, I did. The reason the experience was so pleasant is because they not only did a professional and thorough job, but also provided contacts for the other fixes I needed, called me before and after the removal, sent me photos and a clear description of what was done as well as how to fix for the future.

    Reduced our anxiety.....

    We'd recently suffered persistent flooding in our basement. When we finally solved the issue we pulled away some of the cabinetry for the wall and saw that there were patches of black mould staining the woodwork. We called the Mould Guy and Ross came promptly. He measured the walls and surfaces for persistent moisture. When I showed him the stains he assuaged our worry that we'd have to replace all the shelving in the room. He recommended over the counter products that would clean away the mould, insulate against further infiltration. He provided an fairly simple procedure to cut away the existing mould and assured us we would have no further problems. It's nice to meet a professional who didn't "up sell" us and provided solutions we could handle on our own. Thanks Ross. I hope we never meet again!

    Garage mild removal

    Mold removal in attic

    Kay accommodated our date requirements happily, the work was excellent and on time performed by a great crew, Brittany followed up with the paperwork immediately - great organization! Highly recommended

    Mold removal in cold storage

    In buying a new home, black mold was discovered in rhe cold storage. We were very concerned as many members of our family have severe allergiea. The mold guy company has exceeded my expectations in professionalism, customer service, and knowledgeablility. From my first conversations with Brittany, right through to our inspection and evaluation, I have been super impressed! I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

    Mold & AIr quality test

    we did a 'Mold & AIr quality test' for the main floor and basement, it was about an hour. went fine, no issues, the person gave some tips about the washing machine lip -holding some left over water to be cleaned once a while. no mold issues, air quality was ok. pass

    mold inspection

    We had a home owner who was concerned about possible mold and as a Manager, I wanted to make sure we looked after the owner's concern, but without being taken for a ride by a company on the "mold" bandwagon. What we received was prompt, excellent service and follow up . . . and it turned out that no mold remediation was required.

    Service

    Work was done professionally on schedule reasonable cost. At initial call, the problem was explained in details with reasons, remediation and cost. This kind of service is very rare. The reports were sent quickly and professionally.
