    mold inspection

    They where very professional, show up early, I need the results within 24 hrs witch they did and my clients where able to put in an offer on a property without reservation. Thanks

    Mold Removal

    Upon inspection mould was discovered in a storage area of this home, and in a few other areas of the basement as well. Ross came in and identified the problem areas and outlined the solution. He was careful, honest, and gracious. Very soon afterwards, a team cam in and removed the affected materials and placed them in a dumpster, cleaned all surfaces and fogged the remaining contents of the basement. Kay and Brittany in the office were great--even were able to get the dumpster removed the same day. Highly recommended. Thanks so much everyone.

    Attic mold remediation

    During the sale of or home earlier this year a home inspector spotted a small area of mold in the attic. The Mold Guy responded quickly to our call even though it was the weekend. The staff were fast, efficient and discreet.

    Air Quality Inspection

    From start to finish this was one of the best contracted services I've ever experienced. Booking the appointment was friendly and efficient. Ross was on time, very professional and a pleasure to chat with during the inspection. Results were back within 24 hours. A+++++!

    Mold Removal.

    The entire process was done very professionally. Ross came in and did an inspection of my house on a very short notice. He even pointed out my current soffit was not venting which might be the reason for the molds in my attic. The crew arrive on time the next day and removed all the molds. The overall experience is excellence. I would recommend The Mold Guy to anyone.

    Mold Removal In Attic

    My wife and I were looking to have the insulation topped up in our attic, we had called in another company to look at that, and when they went up into our attic, they found mold on the underside of the roof in a number of areas. I filled out a request for quote online and within 15 mins I had a call back and an appointment booked. The crew showed up right on time and did a great job. They removed the mold and cleared all the insulation that was covering our soffits. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received

    Mold Removal in Attic

    I had mold in the attic of the townhouse I just bought due to lack of ventilation and a previously leaky roof. I called The Mold Guy and spoke to Kay. After asking me a few questions such as the square footage of my home she gave me a thorough explanation of what the mold removal process would be along with an estimated cost. It took two men approximately 3 hrs to kill the mold in my attic with a spray fungicide. I was able to stay inside my home for the entire treatment. Upon completion I was shown before and after photographs of my attic. My experience with The Mold Guy was a positive one.

    Indoor Air Quality Test

    Living in a 1970's home that was recently renovated we thought everything was okay until recently when our 1.5 year old baby started coughing in the winter during her sleep. It could've been coincidence with daycare and the cold weather but we were concerned when this continued throughout the winter. As weather warmed up we expected it to get better but it still hadn't and wanted to rule out any chance of toxins/mold etc. We found the Mold Guy online and saw the great reviews and called them up for an appointment. The process was detailed to us over the phone so we knew what was going to happen before booking the appointment. We agreed and Ross showed up to our home early (after calling us to confirm) to conduct the air quality test. He was friendly and courteous and talked us through everything he was doing. He also inspected suspicious areas around our house and inside to find opportunities to improve the air quality situation. We were satisfied with the process and after 3 days the results came in and we were relieved to see that nothing dangerous was in our air. Some may say it's not worth it to spend the money, but for the peace of mind it was worth it. Nothing is more important than my family's health and i know going forward that this won't be an issue. Thanks Ross and the team at the Mold Guy.

    Basement Mold Remediation

    After we discovered mold behind a wall in the basement, Ross came within 30 minutes to check it out. He assessed the situation and gave me lots of advice on how to cleanly and safely deal with the mold. He referred me to some service providers to fix the cracks in the foundation addressing the source of the problem. Ross spent a lot of time with me, on his day off, and answered all of my questions. He also gave me a number if there are any followup questions. I really appreciate his advice and i'd recommend him to anyone.

    Mold inspection

    I had the pleasure of meeting Ross who was able to determine that the moisture found behined the drywall in my garage did not contain any mold and provided me with detailed instructions on how to fix the problem.
