    Excellent customer service!

    We engaged Green and Spotless from Thornhill to give our sectional couch and several carpets/area rugs a thorough cleaning. Due to our slight mixup in scheduling, we had to change our original date. The company was very accommodating and we rebooked the appointment. Today the team arrived even before the expected time to do our cleaning. In addition to doing an efficient thorough job of excellent quality, they went the extra mile with a few special tasks at no added cost. They also gave us some helpful hints to maintain our furnishings. Finally, they were a pleasure to chat with. Even our dog gave them his seal of approval. We recommend them unreservedly!

    Duct Cleaning and Tile Cleaning

    Fantastic service. Devon was excellent to communicate and booked two separate services easily around my busy schedule. Guys came promptly and were very efficient, clear with what they were doing and left not a spot in the house. Will definitely use again.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had a great experience using this company for cleaning our ducts. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in cleaning all the ducts even some that were covered over and not easy to access. I would definitely recommend green and spotless!

    Professional, helpful and super nice

    I cannot offer a more enthusiastic endorsement - thorough and professional work on our carpets and couches, fair price, great communication before the visit, arrived on time, lovely people. And they were great with our dog too!

    They are superior in service, quality and customer relationships

    In an age where customer service is unreliable, and quality sometimes hit and miss, these greats are superb. We've used them at least once or twice a year for about five years. They're outstanding in customer relationships, and likewise in service and quality. I am always grateful for their help. Specifics: They cleaned both rugs and furniture, always delivering more than contracted. Striking too is how considerate they are. We've had occasions where they've had to work around schedules or people in our home. They have accomplished all without complaint. I encourage you to book them without delay and question.

    Cat litter clean out!

    Just moved into our new place where the previous owners had cats, lots of cats. Didn't notice the smell when we bought the house, but it was overwhelming when we moved in. Cats had pee'd under where the beds were and the floor registers in one of the families rooms had at least 3 cups of old kitty litter in it. Needless to say, having the ducts cleaned was a must! Plus all carpets as well. They showed up when they said they would be here. Team worked really, really hard and 3 months later, there is absolutely no cat smell! Thanks so much!

    Top of their class for a reason!

    Duct cleaning was very thorough and as advertised. Worked passed the estimated time of completion to ensure job was done properly and that we were satisfied. Highly recommended and easy to deal with.

    Still the same professional service

    Over the years that I have used this company it has grown considerably, but Alec and Devon still provide a very professional service from beginning to end. Recently I used them not only to have my carpets cleaning, but also to clean the ducts. This service, too, was carried out professionally and efficiently. My carpets looked like new, and my house was left fresh smelling. I definitely recommend this company.

    Great Communication & Service

    I agree with all of the positive reviews on here. Green & Spotless was able to arrange my cleaning for exactly when I needed it. The person who came out to service took his time explaining what he was going to do and was very careful & clean. We moved into an old house that hadn't had the ducts cleaned in a very long time (possibly ever) and we feel confident knowing that Green & Spotless did a great job.

    Upstairs and Basement Carpets

    As usual, the guys were great. Professional, courteous, punctual and helpful. Got out so many of my kid's stains and the carpets looked brighter and newer instantly. Not to mention a couple of other stains around the house that they were able to either remove or dramatically improve. Walked me through what they were going to do when they started and then walked me through what they had done and where when it was complete. Great job and will continue to use these guys.
