    Customer Service at its best

    Need our ducts cleaned - searched homestars for the best rating and Green and Spotless were in the top 2 - based on rating and details in reviews. I asked for a quote and Devon responded with in minutes. The price and timing was great so I booked. I ran into issue with keeping the date - Devon re-arranged for me without any negative discourse. The day of the service tech was on time, friendly and explained during and after necessary details. I would use again and recommend. Thank you for your service Green & Spotless!

    A+ from start to finish

    These guys know what they're doing, and they do so with courtesy and professionalism every step of the way, from scheduling call through completion. Inside the house they laid runners and corner guards to ensure no damage to anything - this was particularly nice as we'd just painted and renovated. Devon and Alec answered questions, made recommendations, and completed the job efficiently. Highly recommend.

    cushion/carpet cleaning

    We had our outdoor patio cushions and carpets cleaned this week by Green and Spotless. We have used them in the past and are very impressed by their level of service and quality of work done. Devon is very professional and committed in doing an outstanding job. Don't bother looking anywhere else. They truly provide " Gold Standard" service and prices are very competitive.     Absolutely Perfect Service and Customer Satisfaction

    Our home is about 100 years old, and we've been living here for nearly 10 of those years. We have not had our ducts cleaned during that time, and knew we were well overdue. Devon and his partner gave us a precise quote that included everything they would do, how long it would take, etc. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and did an exceptional job. When I later noticed one small thing they'd forgotten to do, Devon immediately made it more than right. The problem was fixed and Devon ensured we were satisfied. You can't go wrong with this company; don't even bother looking elsewhere. I'd upload the "before and after" pix - but the "before" is so horrifying you'd have nightmares.

    Carpet & Duct Cleaning

    We just finished renovating and needed Carpet & Duct cleaning done. Got a quote and booked them right away. Devon and the owner arrived early and had started prepping their equipment just before I arrived home. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and educated me on their equipment and solutions used for their cleaning process. In addition, I had mentioned to Devon that the previous home owner created an opening in the ductwork to force a vaccum tube to the main floor for the central vac. I asked him if there was something they could patch it properly to improve the efficiency. The owner went above and beyond duct/carpet cleaning to cut out some metal sheets to fix it. Awesome team!

    Duct cleaning

    We recently used Green & Spotless to have our ducts cleaned after a major renovation. Devon retuned our call promptly, with a competitive price. He accommodated our tight timetable and did the job on a Sunday. Shane the technician on our job was very professional and extremely hard working. We were very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommended Green & Spotless to anyone needed their ducts cleaned. Devon also came out on a separate day to look at our Sofa’s that were cleaned and damaged by another company and tried to see if the damage can be reversed. He is very personable & willing to help in anyway he can. Thanks Ian & Lillian

    Bathtub caulking and carpet cleaning

    I have used Green & Spotless twice to replace caulking around bathtubs. Both times they did their work well and on time as promised. Both times the caulking remained in good condition and mould free (not the case when I did it myself!). Once there was a tiny spot that developed a hole and they came quickly and repaired the spot at no charge. In my experience, they are honest and trustworthy and do what they say that they will do. I am very happy with their service. They also cleaned a carpet and a sofa and did a good job with those as well.

    Fabulous, efficient, friendly, incredible results.

    Devon called me back within the same day I had left a message asking for an estimate. He was able to provide an accurate estimate via email within minutes. Devon himself and one other person came within a couple of days to clean an office kitchen carpet that had not been cleaned in at least 15 years. They vacuumed, then steam cleaned and were finished the job in less than an hour (and threw in a steam clean of our landlord's area rug, to boot!) I did not expect them to get one particular, deeply-set and large grease stain out. I was hoping, at best, for the stain to be lightened. But they got EVERY SINGLE STAIN out of the entire carpet. They use no toxic chemicals, so I feel very safe and there are no unpleasant fumes offgassing at all. The carpet looks completely brand new and the room smells fresh for the first time in over a decade. Devon and his team were incredibly professional and friendly throughout, and even offered a "first time customer" discount and a free "Green Guard Carpet Protector". Even better, they gave us a coupon after the service for $30 off our next service, even if it is a different type of service. AND THEN! They helped me move two heavy cabinets back into the room they had cleaned, because I mentioned I would have to move them on my own. THIS IS NOT PART OF THEIR SERVICE--they just did it because they are the nicest. I could not be happier with the service and I will be using them again very soon for duct cleaning. If I could rate them higher than 10/10, I would. Fabulous company. I wish I had taken before-and-after pictures because the difference is incredible.

    Duct cleaning

    I just had a great experience with green and spotless. The job was done well and the crew were professional and trustworthy. They had a portable machine and took great care to keep everything clean. And they were also competitive with price. I would definitely recommend!
