We had Ehab and his crew at Level Q do our renovation this summer (2017) and we couldn't be happier. They never said no. They never came back to us for more money. It was probably the best thing we did was to contact Level Q. You will be most impressed with their professionalism and conduct while in your home. And the quality of the workmanship!

I would, without hesitation recommend LevelQ for any kind of renovation. We are thoroughly pleased with our new basement space, and have been making use of it daily for the past two weeks. During any contracted work, especially a project that will take several weeks to complete, clear and effective communication is what gives you confidence. It's paramount. This is what you will get with LevelQ. Any question I asked, any changes I wanted made, any changes that may have been required to the design, or any change in schedule were all communicated in a timely and professional manner. I knew what was happening, when it was happening, and I knew roughly what the forward schedule was. The staff were all professional, everyone introduced themselves to me and shook my hand as I met them. I work from home so I was here most of the time. This allowed them to get my opinion when there was more than one way to accomplish something. Something I really appreciated. Every day, as the day was done, the final step was always to clean up as much as possible and leave the area relatively clean for place under construction. I had a general idea of what I wanted and relayed that info. LevelQ was able to then take that idea and turn it into this wonderful space. Many of the details, I would have never thought of on my own. That's why you hire a pro! Included in my basement install, is a Dolby Atmos setup with two subwoofers, 4 in wall speakers and 4 height speakers. The wiring was all completed by LevelQ and really professionally finished with tidy wrapping and proper terminations. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our new modern powder room and new basement space. If you're thinking of getting any work done, it's worth your time to talk to LevelQ and see what they can do for you. They are skilled, courteous, and professional craftsmen.

I had my basement completed with three rooms, Laundry, bathroom and play area. Ehab and his team completed the job in a reasonable time frame that we had agreed on. Each morning the guys came in early to work on the basement and I must say they really work fast. They are very knowledgeable about their trade and they give you good ideas about design that soothes you best. each day when the guys leave the basement was clean with minimal dust, which was great to see. I would recommend level q in heart beat. The final finishes were amazing and I must say we are very happy with the job they did. Customer service was excellent any concerns you may have Ehab took care of them asap which was really great. Great job guys.

We have two kids under thee and I was dreading finding a contractor to do a main floor reno- kitchen, living room, dining room and powder room bc of the tremendous horror stories of work that went wrong. Working with Ehab and his team was amazing from start to finish. His team was courteous,knowledable, prompt and reliable. They started and finished on time and guaranteed their work. I'm in love with the functionality and esthetic of my new main floor and am excited to actually do some concrete work next spring.

My basement flooded and my insurance company was giving me the cheapest possible material for my Reno. After looking around for a contractor, I decided to go with LevelQ. Ehab was very creative and was able to fit in a lot of extras into my budget, he even brought samples of the product that he was going to install. I was provided a quote and not even 48hrs later the demolition began. Furthermore, my wife and I were expecting and were on a very tight schedule. Ehab and his team were very professional and got the job done on time without exceeding a penny over budget. Work Done: 1. Tear down walls in the basement and make it open concept 2. After getting several quotes from various contractors we finally decided on Level Q. Ehab felt very confident that he would be able to build us the master bathroom ensuite that we had envisioned (which was in a very unique space). Once Ehab and his crew got started we knew we made the right choice. His entire crew was professional and took the time to speak to us when we had questions about the work being done. Our bathroom was completed much quicker than we anticipated with very little surprises along the way. Ehab stayed right on budget and even went above and beyond to complete a few other small jobs for us that were not part of our initial agreement. We had read other reviews where people had praised Level Q on how well they cleaned up, well they were right! We have hired other contractors in the past and were anticipating the usual mess afterwards. This was not the case at all, the entire work area was always kept clean and no garbage was left once the job was done. We would highly recommend Level Q and we would use them again for any future renovations.

It wasn’t a house renovation in the beginning but rather two leaky second-floor bathrooms in a desperate need of repair. Then we added the kitchen to the wish list (not touched since the house was built in the mid 1980-ies and clearly showing it). After reading the reviews here (yes, we know online reviews could be fake) and a few interviews with renovation companies, we chose Level Q. We didn’t ask for references and somehow went with them on gut feeling It could have been a costly mistake, but probably turned out to be the best decision we had made. Ehab leads a great team of professionals, manages a tight schedule, listens to what we ask, isn’t afraid to tell us when we are wrong and doesn’t mind getting his own hands dirty with some plumbing job. We were so happy with the design, the speed of work, and the workmanship of the bathroom reno that, while our kitchen was still a completely gutted out mess, we added second floor hardwood installation (strong espresso doesn’t magically disappear from the carpet no matter what kind of cleaner you apply), attic insulation, first floor hardwood refinishing, powder room reno, painting everywhere. In other words, the only place that wasn’t touched was the basement – we had to live somewhere after all. Which brings us back to the kitchen. It’s a small one but the complete custom design that Ehab and his crew conceived, manufactured, and installed, after carefully listening to our needs, made it our favourite corner in the house. Great job!

Ehab and his workers are very professional, polite, easy to work with and very customer focused. This was our first bathroom renovation, and we had a lot of questions before and during the process. The staff never made us feel like our questions were bothering them, or that we had "stupid" questions. They always made us feel welcome during the renovation to see the progress. The workmanship is above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely superior work, with attention to every minute detail. They provided us with a timeline, and met it. We had a vision for the bathroom, and the results far exceeded what we had envisioned. We highly recommend this company to ANYONE for ANY renovation.

Have a property where the basement bathroom had a leak. Long story short, we finally decided to gut the whole bathroom with the advice of Level Q. Once again Level Q has come through for us and we absolutely love our brand new bathroom. Thank you Ehab and team for a job well done.

After many years of wanting to renovate the top floor of our Danforth semi, we decided to just get it done. With a baby on the way we wanted to have new floors that did not creak, a new bathroom that was modern, updated and not from the 80's, and to take a room and transform it into a stunning spare for guests. As usual, we ended up calling several companies to bid. Level Q was not on our original list, however, they were referred to us from a company that we reached out to (that couldn't fit us in their schedule)... So, all the contractors made their visits. Some spent 5 mins looking at our project, some didn't show up, and some were just....fine. However, when Ehab arrived we just knew something was different. From the start, Ehab had creative ideas... he spent at least an hour with us going through reco's and giving us options during the first visit. From there, we went to several places for supplies which Ehab recommended... all were excellent. Once we purchased supplies, the work started... yes, on day 1, a colony of carpenter ants... yes on day 2, 3, 4.... 40 degree weather on the top floor of a Danforth home... it's not pleasant.... but still, the crew were always awesome... friendly, and kind. We developed quite a trust with this company... and it kept getting better. Ehab's team worked long and hard days to keep the schedule on track. We had issues with the vanity that we bought... so we got a custom one built (and Ehab returned the one we bought.... seriously, this type of service is SO rare). the finished product is incredible. We love our new top floor. To cap it off, Ehab came and did some last, final touches himself the day the project was done. overall the experience was wonderful... didn't feel like we had "contractors" in our home... what n excellent company. I would recommend Level Q Renovation and Design to anyone looking for high quality, trustworthy people, and a team that wants to bring value and excellence. Ehab, looking forward to our next project!
