We've not hired a contractor before, so the process of choosing the right one was daunting. We read the positive reviews about Level Q Renovation and Design, and heard about them from our neighbours, before choosing this team for our bathroom renovation. Good reports are one thing, but what we appreciated most upon meeting Ehab and his team, was we felt comfortable with them as they worked. During the three week renovation, each member of the team was respectful, quiet, clean in their work, and very efficient. We felt safe to have them here, and were even able to leave the house when needed, without worry. The job began and ended on time, at the cost that was quoted. Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and functions very well! The owner, Ehab, and crew members Nasser and Ahmed are truly professionals in their countenance and in their work. Suffice to say, we have already recommended Level Q to our friends!

We had an opportunity to work with Ehab and his team once again and they did not disappoint. We wanted a new kitchen that was both functional and beautiful and we got exactly what we wanted. This is the second time we have worked with Level Q team and we will for sure continue with them in new projects. I highly recommend the team if you are looking for timely and professional work.

It took me three years to complete this project, only because I was very hesitant and unsure about who to hire given all of the horror stories I have read about contractors. Level Q was recommended to me by someone who had just completed a renovation and when I saw the amazing results, I did not hesitate to give Ehab a call. From our initial in-home meeting, Ehab was very professional, he gave thoughtful ideas about what we could/couldn't do and I immediately felt like going with Level Q was the right, and long overdue decision. I did not feel rushed to make decisions, Ehab was very patient with the process always taking the time to answer any questions or give suggestions I sought. From day one when the job started, the crew (primarily Nasser and Jimmy, but all of the subcontractors) were absolutely amazing! The quality and care they put into their work like they were renovating their own home, only reconfirmed I had made the right decision. When you have a crew in your home all day, every day, for several weeks at a time, you want to know you can trust the people! Trust I did! I had no concerns about leaving them alone when I had to be away from the home. The end result, I was absolutely blown away! The quality and workmanship is second to none and you can be assured, I have found my renovation contractor for years and years to come! Level Q is definitely a level up when it comes to home renovations. Ehab and his team are very detailed and worth the money. What I liked the most was that they were very straightforward from the very beginning. Ehab was honest and gave us reasonable quotes and explained the reason behind it. If you're going to do a renovation, do it right the first time. His team were very respectful and professional. The skills they provided were top notch because the house is beautiful! One of the most important thing is communication, especially when you are working with a lot of people on specific projects, Level Q certainly was able to do that. Special mention to Mr. Nassar for a job well done!

We could not be happier with our decision to use LevelQ to renovate our primary ensuite. Ehab did a fantastic job reimagining the space. He created a thoughtful design that incorporated exactly what we asked for, as well as offered suggestions that improved the functionality and layout. He was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or change. He brought in very skilled tradesmen who delivered high quality work. Our new bathroom is not only beautiful but also provides us with peace of mind that it will stand the test of time.

Ehab and his team are a dream team. True professionals who really care about their work and clients. There are no surprises, Ehab is honest and thorough and we couldnt be happier with our big renovation. We had a supporting wall knocked down, new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring etc - not one hiccup and 100% reliable throughout the whole project. My wife and I talked about renovating for quite some time before we made the decision to do it. Much of our contemplation came from the fear and anxiety of trusting someone with our beloved home amidst negative stories we were hearing from other friends and family experiences. With that we set out to do our due diligence and interviewed several contracting companies and many impressed us with their professionalism and promise of delivering excellence but there was still something missing We didnt get a sense of a genuine care and connection on a personal level until we met Ehab the owner of Level Q.   Ehab was our last interview and the moment he walked into our home he was able to put me at ease (no small task) it was important for us to work with someone that we felt would give us our dream renovation not their interpretation of our dream renovation and that is exactly what we received. I cannot say enough about Ehab and his entire work crew and choice of sub-contractors. From beginning to end they delivered on their promise to do just what they said they would and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way.   Even when we werent always aligned Ehab never forced us in a direction that we didnt feel comfortable taking. There was one moment during our renovation that was very telling about Ehabs character and commitment to client satisfaction... the installation of structural beams caused an unevenness in our master bed room (not in scope in the renovation) my heart sank because I thought that was going to add to our budget.   I know my wife would not be happy but as a true professional Ehab assured us that he will make it right and so he did the every next day; he leveled out the floor and at no extra charge. What a relief that was to us through the project we felt complete ease and trust for him and his team and as time went on we truly felt like they became a part of our family. Level Q did an amazing job! We started off with a kitchen renovation, opening it up to the TV room by bringing down a load bearing wall and towards the end of the project we decided to renovate the full first floor. There is something to be said about their work: they care. It shows in the small details, they go the extra mile without you having to ask them and that alone is why I would hire them again. They provided excellent design advice throughout the journey, and we couldnt be happier with our first-floor transformation; it is now a dreamy space to live in. The team at Level Q were more than a renovation company, they became a part of our family. Thank you, Ehab and team! Looking forward to working with you guys again.
