JMT knows their stuff
Although our roof was not leaking it was past it's 20-year lifespan. A recent wind storm pushed the tiles over the edge, leaving them peeling with shrapnel around the property. With winter already setting in we wanted the roof repaired right away. Not only was the quote from John lower than all others, he didn't try to up-sell anything, and even provided extras where he felt necessary. His crew were available to start the job the following week and had it completed in the expected 2-day window the weather was giving. Throughout the whole process John kept us updated with numerous progress photos. The site was kept clean throughout the whole process with protection for our siding and landscaping. I've worked with 3 other contractors over the years and they all changed personality throughout the work, leaving us with regret. But not John. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll use him again for other services when the time comes.

Roof replacement
Our roof started leaking and we received multiple quotes. JMT was the first to get back to us and competitively priced. John was great to deal with the whole way through making sure we had all our questions answer and knew what was going on. His crew was professional, took lots of pictures of the process and kept the site clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Roof and Gutter Replacement
John and his crew recently replaced my roof and gutters. I was really worried about leaks during the fall and winter rains. John scheduled my new roof quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. His crew did an excellent job and my yard was left spotless. I no longer have torrents of water running off my roof and we feel safe and secure in our newly roofed home. I would highly recommend JMT Roofing and gutters! Catherine

New Roof
We recently had the pleasure of working with JMT Roofing and Gutters, (John the owner) and we are beyond impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team (Kail, Bong and Jseei) are incredibly professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to explain every detail of the project, ensuring we were comfortable with each step. The quality of their work is top-notch. My roof and gutters look fantastic, and I can tell that they used high-quality materials that will stand the test of time. They worked quickly but carefully, leaving no mess behind, and their attention to detail was impeccable. What stood out most to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. JMT went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their friendly, approachable attitude made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend JMT Roofing and Gutters to anyone in need of reliable and expert service. This is a company that truly cares about its customers! If you're looking for roofing or gutter services, look no furtherJMT is the best in the business. Thank you, JMT, for an outstanding job!

Roof Replacement
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with JMT Roofing. From the beginning, dealing with John has been positive as he was very honest and straightforward about the process and how to handle my situation. It made my decision very easy. The roofing installation went relatively smooth and completed around the time frame he initially gave me. The crew was polite and professional, and provided regular progress picture updates which was nice since we were out of town for the majority of the installation. The clean up was done very well and we are very pleased with the outcome of the installation. I would not hesitate recommending JMT Roofing to my friends and family!
