JMT Roofing and Gutters Inc. reviews (575)

Awesome job by the roofing crew. Extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great and from my relentless inquiries during project, I am satisified I will have a leak proof roof for several decades to come. Excellent communication before and during the project by John and by the roofing crew. Left the property spotless after the job was done. Pricing was uber competitive with the six other quotes I received for the work. The quote was honored despite additional materials being required to complete the work. I would recommend JMT Roofing in a heartbeat.

John and JMT redid my roof. They did an excellent job, delivered as promised and as quoted. Great communication throughout and felt they went above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them and would use them in the future if I need additional exterior work done to my home.

John and his crew are polite, very efficient and most of all they did a very clean job. They kept me updated on every step by sending me pictures. They changed my front and back faicia boards as well. Lastly they are very honest. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you John.

John explained in detail the work scope and materials. His crew worked in a very professional manner and cleaned the site every day. I was able to see the daily progress by the photos sent by John. In addition, 15 Year workmanship warrantee and lifetime shingle warrantee gives me a peace of mind. We are happy with our new roof. I highly recommend JMT Roofing to anyone.

John and his crew were amazing when we replaced our old cedar shake roof. Honest quote with an onsite visit from John. Zero suprises along the way. JMT actually threw a few extras in because they thought it would be a better job in the long run at no extra charge to us. The crew on site were great. Very respectville of us and our property. Daily they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend them any job, anywhere.

Very happy with polite workers and cleanliness around the job site daily. I would highly recommend to anyone.

John and his crew were fantastic and had the roof done in a day and a half. They were meticulous about keeping the site tidy and left the grounds the way they found it. The roof looks amazing and is a real upgrade to the house. I especially like the venting system.

Our overall experience with JMT was excellent. We first met with John, who described the quote, work scope, and materials used in great detail, assuring us of what they would deliver. The crew was efficient, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. They left the site clean every day. John kept us updated on the progress and sent over photos regularly. In the end, they delivered everything promised, and we are very pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend JMT! Thanks to John and the crew!

When I first called for an estimate, their friendly staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to understand my needs. The estimator, John, showed up on time and thoroughly inspected my roof, explaining all the potential issues and options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Their quote was competitive, and I felt confident hiring them for a full roof replacement. The crew arrived right on schedule and worked diligently each day to complete the job. They took great care to protect my landscaping and property, laying down tarps, plywood and cleaning up daily. The quality of their work is truly outstanding. The new roof looks fantastic, with clean lines and perfect installation. I'm extremely impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship.
