We were referred by a friend. John came to our house on Sunday morning, gave us a quote and the brochuers of all the materials which hes going to use on our roof so that we could have a chance to study it before we went ahead with the project. John and his crew are beyond professional. They changed our roof and replaced 2 skylights for us. When changing the roof, his crew found that the chimney flashing was not done properly by the previous owner and they helped fixing it for us at no extra charge. John came by a few times during roof installation to check on progress. He made promises/commitments during the quote process and he and his crew kept every one of them. After the job was done, dedicated care was undertaken to clean up. JMT Roofing & Gutters Inc has done a great job. Thank you, John, you are the best!

Hiring a contractor can be a gamble. We'll we won when picking JMT Roofing to replace our 14 year old roof. We searched Home Stars and picked 3 companies with good ratings. Of these 3 John from JMT was the only one who showed up in person to talk to us. We told him that we seem to have a leak somewhere and did not need a high-end product for this 64 year old house. He listened and did not try to up sell. We had an idea already of the approximate cost and his estimate was within what we were expecting. He explained how the job would progress from the time the crew would arrive, shingles being delivered, bin placement and clean up. He also checked in everyday. The crew consisted of Kale and Bon both of whom John spoke very highly of. They definitely know their trade and had half the roof done and the yard cleaned up in 7 hours. Day 2 the other half, which was where the leak seemed to be, was done in record time. Day 3 was clean up. Just as John had said. The roof looks amazing and the little added touch of painting a not so white anymore stack is the cherry on top. The rest of the house now needs work to match this work of art. Thanks John. John was both professional and personable throughout the whole experience. I am thoroughly impressed with how well John and his team work as a unit committed to deliver their best product. The entire experience was very positive and reassuring. You cannot convince me that there a better roofing company in Vancouver than JMT. Their employees go over and above the scope of their work to get the job done and clean up every day. John, the owner made it possible for us to get the roof done within our budget. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

We used JMT about 8 years ago on our previous home and that job was great. We got a quote from JMT and another well-known company, with JMT's quote coming in significantly lower. To us it was a no-brainer. John (the owner) was on top of things from the get-go. The job was finished ahead of time and in spectacular fashion. Several small details were attended to (they did not need to be), without extra charge. The house looks great! The grounds around the house show no evidence of anyone having been there, replacing the roof! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

John from JMT was great, very friendly and honest. He was kind enough to stop by my place a couple days after I had called his company to provide me with a roof quote. We talked in person, he gave me some great pointers and was not pushy at all for me to use his services. I really appreciated his time and how nice he was! Definitely a contractor I would trust and refer to others.

John and his team at JMT Roofing were stellar. Before the job, John met with us and described in detail what the extent of the roof replacement involved....very personable and knowledgeable. His team showed up as planned and worked diligently and conscientiously until the roof was completed. They went over and above what we expected....cleaning throughout our property daily and a thorough clean up when complete.
