    Roofing and Gutters

    JMT crew were very professional and efficient. They finished replacing our roof very quickly only 3 days, kept the site clean every day, gutters came on time and they finished in one day. Extremely happy and satisfied with their service and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    New Roof

    Project: New roof on Duplex and Garage Great Service, great price, and even greater crew. They delivered everything as discussed and more. The crew was on time every day, cleaned up every day, with no interruption to our activities. They took great care of the surroundings, our property and that of our neighbors’ as well. Owner John was very confident, laid it all out what’s about to happen and instructed his crew to deliver their best. Foreman Keith is very reliable, very nice and respectful. I would recommend this company and crew under Keith ANYTHIME!! We are very happy with our selection, and to know that here still is honor and pride in some of the trades out there. Thank you John & Crew!

    New Gutters

    My house needed new gutters as I had a metal roof installed 4 years ago but did not change the gutters. I found out that John's company did gutters and asked if he would be able to get mine done. John had his guy there the next day and he had a good look at the roof. As it turns out, JMT had actually done my next door neighbors gutters a couple of years back. I got a call from John that same evening with a very fair price and approximate start date. John called me again the next day to inform me that they would actually be able to start a day earlier in the afternoon. I got home from work and all the old gutters were removed and gone and all of the high areas in the back were installed already. They had cleaned up and left my yard spotless. I was very impressed and called John and told him so. They came back on the scheduled day and completed the gutters. I was out of town for the day but when we returned, my wife and I were very pleased with work JMT had done on our home... it looks amazing! Very professional, dependable and you can se the pride in their workmanship. I would highly recommend JMT Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, gutters or repairs. You can count on John Jaswal and his crew!

    Roofing and Gutters

    We called several roofing companies for quotes. John wast the first to come out. He stood out as a working class person and made us feel extremely comfortable. His years of experience showed in his knowledge of roofing. He took the time to answer all of our questions. His pricing was phenomenal. The fact that it was a one stop roof and gutter install sealed the deal. We'd like to Thank John, Keith and his amazing crew for the work, the attention to detail, great attitude and the cleanup. We've dealt with contractors in the past and had bad experiences but John and his crew have restore our faith. Our house is now transformed into something amazing. I can't say enough. I would recommend John and his services to anyone who wants to go with a excellent company.

    Roofing

    JMT roofing did an incredible job on our roof , gutters , replaced a sky light and a chimney cap. They delivered what the promised and were incredibly professional and friendly!! With Keith leading the crew they were on time, courteous and cleaned up daily. The job was done quickly with little disruption to household activities !! super crew super job!!! Thank You John and Keith and all the wonderful friendly crew!!

    Cedar to Ashphalt roof

    We are very pleased with the work JMT did on our Cedar shake conversion, to asphalt shingles. JMT quoted us a fair price and John did what he said he would do. John's belief in customer satisfaction, is instilled in his work crews. The work crew, led by Keith, was very punctual, professional and their work was of high quality. The crew spent the time to cover our patio, hot tub and our deck before starting the project. The crew also took the time to clean up around the house every night. I would recommend JMT to my family and close friends. Thanks John.

    Roofing

    We called a list of other roofing companies for the work on our place. John was the first to respond and answered all our calls (if he couldn't pick up right away), he would always call back. John gave the most reasonable pricing for the work he said he would (and then actually did). Also, we liked that he took pictures of the roof, instead of going up on it.. as we weren't sure how soon we would change the roof. Given how busy he was, he was able to fit us in earlier and had the job completed in a timely manner. On the day of the job, he made sure he was onsite (something he said he would do, and actually followed through in doing). John made clear what he would do, what to expect when he would come with his team to do the roofing. We appreciated how responsive and responsible John and his incredible team is. John not only gave us a reasonable price for the work, he made sure to call us if anything came up. In our case, the skylight on our roof was a custom fit, so he phoned to let us know what had happened when it happened. Overall, I would highly recommend John and his crew for your work. John is very approachable!

    Roof

    When John came to provide a free quote, we spent a good solid 30 minutes up on my roof. He told me lots of details about roofing that I didn't know about and how to properly maintain the roof to extend its life. Very friendly and approachable. He even shared with me his story of purchasing the company from his former boss about 20 yrs ago and how he met his wife in grade 10. He gave me a fair and affordable quote. I really liked the fact that John guaranteed his quote would have no hidden fee. He noticed that a few soft spots of my roof were potentially in bad shape. Since he couldn't tell how big of an area of plywood underneath the old shingles needed to be replaced, he gave me a peace of mind by promising he wouldn't charge me anything extra regardless how much plywood would be used. He even offered to install an tie off anchor for me in case I need to do any work on the roof in the future at no extra cost. A few days later, I confirmed with John that I would go with JMT and immediately he scheduled his crew to come a few days after. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't witness the installation. So what John did was pretty incredible. He sent me a picture like every 15 min to let me know the status. I received a total of 28 pictures by the time his crew was done. It was as if he was doing a live play by play. If I asked him to shoot me a video or show me the progress live on FaceTime, he probably would have done it too. Also, John spotted a few things that need to be fixed in my attic and I was informed right away over the phone. He told he should be able connect me up with the right people to get that fixed. Someone that he can trust and won't try to rip me off. Thanks John, really appreciate it. You are a good honest contractor and seem like a good drinking buddy as well.

    New Asphalt Roof

    We were switching from an old cedar roof to asphalt and John took the time to explain the products to us. When the roofing team arrived they were efficient and finished in 3 days, exactly as John said they would. Each evening they cleaned up after themselves and I could not be more happy with the look of the new roof! Great value.

    Roof & Gutters

    John was an absolute pleasure to work with. His crew was nothing short of amazing! Polite, tidy and very efficient. They moved in like a swat team right on schedule and covered everything (hot tub, decks, pergola) before removing the roof... even rolled hoses & picked up dog poop in the yard! Attention to detail including proper drainage, venting, asthetics & excellent workmanship. They certainly know what they are doing. Roof looks beautiful in "cedar shake" on our corner lot. Thank you John and crew, 10 out of 10!
