    Replace roof and gutters

    My house is 18 years old. I contacted John at JMT for quotation to replace our roof and gutters. Around two years ago when I see houses started to replace their roofs in our neighborhood. John told me honesty that my roof still will good for couple years. I called John this year, he came and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace our roof and gutters. John and his crew were highly professional, fast and efficient, done on schedule, and extremely courteous. The crew kept the job site very clean and tidy at the end of every day. The finished new roof and gutters show very high quality workmanship. John honors his words and demonstrates excellent business manners and trustworthiness. I would have no hesitate recommending John Jaswal and his team to any family or friends that are in need of repairs or re-roofing jobs.

    New Roof

    JMT Roofing did an excellent job removing our old cedar shake roof and updating with a new shingle roof. The owner is very professional and communicates well. We have a in ground pool in the back yard, and the crew were very careful. I have no hesitation recommending them.

    Roofing

    I spoke with John from JMT Roofing on a Wednesday about our leaking roof. Although the roof of our little two-bedroom bungalow was a relatively small job, JMT was there at 8 AM the next day and they finished the next afternoon. It turned out, there were three layers of shingles already on the roof; even so, JMT’s price was at the low end of any other estimates for similar sized roofs. It was not only quickly but superbly done. Throughout the whole process, JMT employees were unfailingly polite, careful and completely transparent about what they were doing and why. No question went unanswered. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job AND at the end of each day they were there. We have no hesitation saying we will engage them again any time. Thank you very much John and JMT!

    Very appreciative of work and crew, Great job all 'round. Felt very listened to and opinion respected.Gutters look great and much more serviceable thanks to JMT. Would recommend them to anyone

    Conversion of cedar roof to asphalt

    John and his crew did an amazing job. It was a little rainy the week they were working on our roof. They managed to pull off all the old shingles on our old roof, and install the new one in just a few days. We were initially hesitate to replace a cedar roof with asphalt, but we are glad we did. Also, John is a great communicator, reaching out regularly. Gives peace of mind that he's on top of it. Thanks John and company!

    Roof

    The experience we had with JMT would be described as excellent. John and his crew were very professional. The crew worked late into the day to make sure the job was done on time, The property was left spotless after each work day. I highly recommend JMT for your roofing needs. JMT's pricing is excellent and I was pleased with attention to detail his crew had. Excellent pricing, high quality service, why pay 30% more when you can get it done right with JMT.

    Roof & Gutters Replacement

    John was recommended to us by a friend. When I met John I was pleasantly surprised with his demeanor, and his pricing which was very competitive with no surprises upon completion of the work. His crew were all very polite, hard working and even worked extra long hours to have the job completed within the specified time frame. Kudos go to foreman Keith who set an excellent example for his crew. His attention to details was greatly appreciated. I was very impressed that at the end of each day the yard was spotless of any debris or garbage. My wife and I are very happy with our new roof and gutters. We would not hesitate to recommend JMT Roofing & Painting Inc. to friends and family. Awesome job guys!

    New roof

    I was impressed with the great ratings for JMT Roofing in Homestars. John was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of a new roof. When I was ready to commit, John booked a time within a week. They pulled off two layers of shingles and laid down a new roof - all in just over a day. And after they were gone, my yard was probably cleaner than before they ever showed up! Roof looks great. I'm impressed! Thanks to John and the crew.

    New roof

    I had high expectations for JMT having read the great reviews on Homestay.com. I was not disappointed. John was as good as his word. I have a lot of experience in housing construction working with trades and I have learned to appreciate a great crew when I encounter one. This crew was one. Keith and his crew continually showed a professional attitude, knowledge and skill in their job. And they worked darn hard to do the job to Johns' standards which are high. I am most satisfied with the result. So, John, to you and your crew I give you eleven stars.
