I was really impressed by Jason's professionalism and efficiency. He was very flexible with scheduling and the service was over in no time with no mess or inconvenience. The best part was that he showed me how to check the vent in the future to see if it needs cleaning. Jason was very honest - he also suggested that in the future I could possibly maintain it myself with a tool from the local hardware store, because it's such a short duct. Such honesty is appreciated - so often I feel 'upsold' on services I don't need!

After reading the Stellar HomeStars reviews for Duct Dudes, I gave them a shot and they surpassed my expectations. Jason was easy and professional to deal with from start to finish, making sure I was aware of his process every step of the way. My home's ducts had never been cleaned (a late 60's house) and he made sure the job was thoroughly done for the initial quote, even though it involved quite a lot more work. I was not satisfied with Duct cleaners I've used in the past. Like many other people, I found DuctDudes on HomeStars. DuctDudes had excellent reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. Jason was very polite and professional. My house is over 3,500 Square feet so it required a full day service which included servicing the furnace. Great job - 2 days before the actual appointment J. called to see if we wanted to get the work done that day as he had a timeslot open up. Perfect! He arrived on time that afternoon, explained the whole process in detail, cleaned out the ducts (never been done before) and then cleaned up. He then helped me go through the collected dirt and dust in search of Mrs. Angry's lost jewelry - messy work and no luck but it was worth a shot and J. was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!
