After having had my dryer serviced, I called DuctDudes on a Friday afternoon expecting to have to wait at least a couple of weeks for a technician to come by to clear my dryer vent (which by the way, I had never had done in the 7 years I lived in this home). To my surprise, they came over the weekend (a Saturday evening !!) and presto I am back using my dryer. Duct dudes will call me every 2 years to follow up. By the way... I was shocked by the amount of lint.

Jason and Jenna did an awesome job, were super helpful, personable and professional. We'll be calling them again in two years for our next cleaning.

The time and effort DuctDudes put into the job greatly exceeded expectations. The furnace has never been this clean, and the air in the home feels much cleaner, which is great for helping with allergies. Jason and crew were friendly (great senses of humour) and professional to deal with. Thanks for the respect for the pets and others in the house. (BTW…Zeek the cat has forgiven you for not rubbing his belly, as he saw that as professionals, you had other things to focus on, but he enjoyed your attention just the same – two purr paws up.)

I had a fantastic experience with Duct Dudes (Jason). He was very efficient and thorough and put to shame the last company I had in to do my ducts. He even cleaned the dryer vent which I was not anticipating. Jason was very professional, he explained the entire process and what he needed to do. He then went with me to every room to ensure that no vent was missed. My brother booked him based on his reviews and they are not overblown, he deserves every 10 that he gets. To top of his excellent service he also recommended a heating and air conditioning company that I then used.

I called up Duct Dudes, got a quick response where Jason laid out all the information I needed, had the work done a few days later and now the forced air coming from my furnace has never been so clean smelling. The work was done with respect for the house, pets and tenant and everything was cleaned up and perfect when they left. I have had the service performed before for much less money using Groupon deals etc., but it was never done so thoroughly and the "technicians" doing it were kind of sketchy, so I will be using Jason's company in the future. I also learned a bit about how my furnace operates :)

I spoke to a few duct cleaning company over the phone and was immediately convinced by the honest, and sincere manner of Jason. I am asthmatic and having him go over the procedures and the after care was important to understand the cleaning process. I am sure my house would agree it feels better after being cleaned by Jason.

I recently bought a 1950's bungalow and needed the ducts cleaned out and hired Ductdudes. It took 1 month to reserve a date with Ductdudes, but it was well worth the wait. Jason provides wonderful service, is honest, and very knowledgable. He allowed me to follow him along and explained the entire process. Jason went out of his way to fix issues he saw with detachments in the ducts and even gave me a discount because he thought his initial quote was too high after seeing the duct work inside. I would highly recommend Ductdudes. You cannot go wrong!

Couldn't be more satisfied! Fantastic experience with Jason. The ducts and air in my house have never been so clean, and my furnace has never been so quiet.
