Exterior Fence Painting
I`d heard of Prorise Painting through a friend and decided to get an estimate for getting my fence repainted after around 10 years. These guys were great. The quote was competitive and they were professional in every way. I asked them to do some extra work and they did it without asking any questions and they even re-painted some trim work in the back of the house when I noticed that the first coat was the wrong shade. They were meticulously clean with their work and left our home as they found it every day of a 4 day job. I will call them again the next time I need any paint work done. My fence now compliments our house and the attention to detail put into the job is definitely visible.

Entrance Door Painting
Hello my name is Diana Andriani and I am a school teacher at Holy Cross Elementary School in Burnaby. I initially came across Prorise Painting while researching painting companies online. I found Joseph's company on Homestars.com and was interested in reading the reviews. I decided it was in my best interest to get a few quotes before choosing a contractor to paint my fibreglass entry doors, side lights, and window transom. As soon as I met Joseph I could tell he was honest and had a strong work ethic. He was professional, took photos and answered my questions clearly and was patient with my indecisiveness regarding colour and design. His detailed and well presented quote was competitive with the others and he understood my concerns about the timelines of the project and the areas that needed extra attention. I was extremely happy with the final outcome of the project and the professionalism and communication that Prorise Painting provided. I will use Prorise Painting for future painting projects and have already recommended Joseph to our neighbours.

Interior Painting
We hired Prorise Painting to paint our entrance hallway and laundry room. In addition they fixed a few spots on the ceilings which had some water damage. From start to finish everybody we met associated with Prorise Painting was professional, kind, and incredibly hard workers who were only concerned with doing the best job possible and making sure that we as clients were happy. Joseph, the owner, was fantastic in terms of communicating with us regarding deadlines and organizing the crew. The crew, led by Tony were absolutely amazing! Obviously these individuals are proud of the company they work for as they were adamant that only the best would do - on more than one occasion they happily went the extra mile to make sure the job was perfect. The finished product looks great, I`d happily recommend Prorise for anyone needing painting done.

Exterior House Painting
We were in a tough jam as we were listing our house for sale in 10 days and it needed some serious exterior paint work. We had hired a different company for the job, who ended up disappointing us with delays and unprofessionalism - so 10 days away from our deadline, and without anything done…we bailed on that company and went with Prorise. We found Prorise because they were highly rated by customers on Homestars.com and we needed professionals who could meet our 10-day deadline and wouldn’t let us down like the other company had. Within that short week and a half, here's what Prorise did: - Came to the house for a professional assessment and written quote - Sent us an Accredited Designer to meet us Onsite at the house for a Design Consult, including Professional Colour Recommendation (free of charge) - Prepped the house for painting including a Full Pressure Wash of the entire house & garage - Finished the paint job 2 days early of our deadline. The whole process from my first phone call to them, to finishing the job... took 8 days. Joseph from Prorise is one of the hardest working, most on-time, accessible/responsive and professional contractors I’ve worked with… and we’ve bought/sold 6+ properties in the past 9 years. He provides quality work while remaining efficient and deadline oriented. His pricing was the same as everyone else, but what we ended up getting was so much more. Enough said.

Interior Painting- Entry Way Ceiling
I am very pleased with the work that was done by Prorise Painters in my entry way hallway and ceiling in my condo last week. I wanted to have my entry painted after having lived with the previous owner's ugly wallpaper for too many years. It looks great and I would have done it sooner had I known what a good job Joseph and his painting crew could do for a reasonable price. Joseph was very polite and hard working. He made sure to protect all of my floors and oak railings from paint drips and cleaned up everything afterwards. I will have them back again, I'm sure. The professionalism I saw with the employees of Prorise made a big difference in the project, and I’m extremely satisfied overall.

Full interior paint of 3 story townhome
You may have heard the saying "on time, on budget, of reasonable quality- choose any two". With Prorise, you get all three. Joseph's team was able to get in and do an excellent job, under my tight deadline, with no surprise costs. The finished product is outstanding, and it required a huge amount of prep-work. The previous owners had given the place a terrible paint job, with sloppy paint borders and painted over half-ripped-off wallpaper. It was just a mess, but you would never know it now thanks to Joseph and his team. I would easily recommend Prorise to anybody looking for quality painters.

Interior ceiling painting
I needed my ceilings painted and contacted three companies for quotes and available times in July, 2012. ProRise’s initial quote was twice the amount quoted by the other two companies and I was prepared to wait until September when the other companies were available. In the meantime, Joseph Halfar re-contacted me and presented a revised quote that was more in line with the other companies and stated he would assign a two man crew for Aug. 18, 2012. As we were having a family wedding and guests Aug. 24th, I decided to give ProRise a try. On Aug. 18th, a two man crew arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, prepared the areas by taping protective plastic on all other surfaces, and worked in a professional and efficient manner. They removed all the potlight housing prior to painting and replaced them after completing the job. There was an error in the paint color, and this was pointed out by the crew. I appreciated the fact that they informed me of the paint color difference, rather than just blindly using the paint because it was there. The situation was quickly rectified with replacement paint that was a closer match to the original paint. The crew left a quart of left-over paint for future touch-ups, cleaned up, replaced the potlight housings, and even painted one that was discolored, and moved furniture back to their original places after the job was done. I am highly satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of the crew assigned to this job, and would recommend them to friends and family; however the same cannot be said of Joseph Halfar, who made errors in the job quote, invoicing, and paint match, as he neglected to take the available paint sample and formulation that was offered. He also posted an abridged version of my feedback without my prior permission and when I commented that future customers should have full disclosure, he agreed to post the complete version but did not.

Exterior Facia Board Painting
I contacted Joesph at Prorise Painting after a friend referred me to them. I had a tight deadline and needed to know if I could count on a quick turnaround time for the job to get done. Within a day of talking to Joe the team was on the job and wrapped up three days later. The exterior of our house with the newly painted facia boards looks outstanding, I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team which came at an affordable price. I felt from the beginning that Joe had my best interest in mind and understood exactly what I needed to get done. Thanks very much.

Damaged Textured Ceiling Repair
Of all the contractors we worked with during our condo renovation, the guys from Prorise were the most skilled and experienced and did the best work. We had a damaged textured ceiling in our family room that was bothering me and wanted to get it filled in to match the rest of the ceiling. Our ceilings look absolutely perfect and you can't tell there was ever even a piece that was damaged before.. The painters were also good and primed and painted quickly and neatly. All the way down to the cleaning at the end, our experience with Prorise was very easy and pleasurable. Thanks Again Prorise Painting

Exterior Facia Board Painting
I found Prorise Painting online. I called Joseph and set up an time where he came by to look over the work I needed done on the exterior facia board of my home. I was fist surprised by his age, but at the end of the estimate I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. He was very detailed and explained every detail. The painting crew arrived on time and finished the job on budget to the high standard of quality which they agreed to. To date Prorise Painting has been the most professional company I have dealt with. I would strongly recommend Prorise Painting to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
