    Basement renovation

    Great quality, fair price, and the employees are an excellent example of customer service at its finest! Very professional and accommodating. What impressed me the most was the precision of how well the edges were cut. There was "0" run offs from one edge onto another. I mean this job was clean! The paint evenly covered all walls. "0 shading!"

    Exterior Pressure Washing & painting

    John and Janet Pavlik were responsible for the new building at 2221 Panoroma Drive in North Vancouver 6 years ago. Unfortunately we did not receive recommendation on the maintenance on completion from the builders and project manager. Power washing, painting, and caulking should of been done sooner. We were grateful for the expertise and recommendation from Joseph Halfar who carefully checked everything. We had hoped he would of have completed some of the work and found it a little off putting having one of his newer employees on the first visit. Subsequently a good painting job was completed by his painter Huong.

    Exterior Deck & Entrance Stair Casing

    I was impressed by how quickly your responded initially to my inquiry about your painting services.  Your materials setting out your quote were professional and thorough. Your communications throughout were generally good, and we appreciated your taking the time to move our furniture back onto our deck as we requested.  My impression is that your prices are high; I say this with reference to your quote in respect of the downtown apartment, in particular.  This is likely a function of the structure of your business as compared with  an individual painter who operates his own business. The quality of your painter's work was very good. Thank you.

    Interior Painting

    We were very impressed with everyone we met from Prorise Painting. They were without exception very personable, professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. The quote was accurate and fair for the excellent quality of work that was done. The painting was completed on time and with the minimum of inconvenience. The owner of the company Joseph was very conscientious and very detailed; His crew did a thorough job of preparing each room before they painted. No shortcuts were taken. They did an excellent job and it shows. Our rooms look terrific. We'll be calling them again.

    Restoration & Re painting

    Update: While painting the dining nook, Mike noticed a soft spot on the ceiling (possibly due to a leak). Joseph and his team identified a caulking/flashing issue on the roof above. He's sending someone over to assess the work to be done. We bought our 1927 house just over ten years ago and have been living with the previous owners paint choices since then. Two years ago, we discovered a venting problem with the fireplace which ended up causing superficial damage mostly to the kitchen ceiling, but the walls weren't in great shape either. I came across Joseph’s ad online and was quite impressed with customers reviews. I sent him an email and within minutes got a call back. We set up an appointment for later in the week. Joseph showed up on time and we did a walk through of the areas (kitchen, dining nook, hallway) that I wanted to have painted. He explained the work that would be involved and we discussed the type and quality of paint to be used. A detailed contract was prepared and Joseph came by so we could go over it together. As I work in the legal milieu, I reviewed the contract with a fine tooth comb to ensure it reflected what had been discussed during the initial inspection. Joseph was very patient with my requests for clarification and for minor changes to the wording of the contract. The Prorise team has more than met my expectations. The work was carried out during the day (we both work full time) and although unforeseen issues added a couple of days to the initial work schedule, Joseph kept me informed on their progress. The team did their best to keep the worksite clean and organized. Mike, the plasterer/drywaller, was very personable and hardworking. He did an awesome job prepping the walls and ceilings. I am a very picky person, so I truly appreciated his attention to detail. An unexpected bonus was that he installed our new ceiling light fixture! The painter was equally attentive to details and the quality of his work has made my kitchen look brand new! I would most definitely recommend Prorise Painting. They’re reliable, honest and eager to please. The guest room, living room and bathroom are next on the list, so they’ll be hearing from me again soon! Maria P

    Painting my bathroom

    This past spring when I updated one of my bathrooms, I searched for a quality painter. Luckily I found and hired Joe and his team at Prorise painting. I was not only impressed by the quality of their work (and the price!), but their team was always courteous and on time!

    Exterior Painting

    We were looking for a company to restain the fence around the border of our property. We had some concerns as this is an older fence and wanted to make sure a new stain would last us a while. Found Prorise Painting on Homestars and contacted them. Joseph was very professional and reassured us that they had done this many times before-had no qualms about doing the job. They came out and gave us a quote and did a free test so we could see what it would look like. We went ahead and were very pleased with the results. The whole process was very quick and simple. I would have no problems recommending Joseph and his team after the great job they did with our project.

    Interior Painting

    Prorise Painting came to our rescue through on very short notice over the long weekend. The crew was very efficant and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the work and will be using Joseph and his team in the near future.

    Exterior/ Interior Painting

    Joseph and his team at Prorise have been nothing short of spectacular. Always on time, prompt, accurate, honest and trustworthy. I would trust them with any job I need done and know that even if I wasn't home, I could leave a key and know I would come home to a beautiful new look! I got my front door and trim painted and it`s given the house a whole new look Thanks to the whole group, it is a pleasure to know and work with you! Definitely the first paint company I`ll now have in mind for any future jobs.

    Exterior Painting

    The service we received from Prorise Painting was on schedule, efficient , and completed when promised. Crew was pleasant and very helpful. The crew cleaned up nightly and and tidied up at completion. My family and I are very satisfied. The finished job is just what we hoped for. We got a reasonable quote from Joseph on what it would cost to repaint our patio staircase. The stairs now look so good we`re getting Joe`s team to repaint the entire patio.
